A few months after our last offer was rejected, our realtor was approached again to see if we were still interested. We had submitted another offer and it was accepted. We were overjoyed. The next day, our realtor was called again to hear that the house had suddenly been sold to someone else. Legally, it might be possible and permissible, but I don't consider it a proper way of doing business. A man is a man, a word is a word.

Ronald comes across as friendly and skilled, but his work often leaves much to be desired, and he tries to brush off problems with very simple tests.
