They have already done multiple appraisals for me, both private and business, and always correctly, professionally, and efficiently. A nice company with very friendly and skilled people who are willing to go the extra mile beyond the 9 to 5 mentality. Short lines, good and easy contact. Every time financing was needed, they also handled the contact with the bank and the accountant well. A brokerage firm with many connections and a good personality. An extremely bad experience with Brouwer Makelaardij. Brouwer came with a very low appraisal value, which caused problems with the mortgage application. The low value was partly due to gross errors in the appraisal report. For example, an entire floor of the house had disappeared and the sale price of the reference objects was incorrectly corrected, resulting in a difference of 12%. When I contacted them to discuss these shortcomings, I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally by Fabiënne Jager and kept on hold for a long time. I then went to another appraisal agency nearby who were able to appraise quickly and correctly. Ultimately, the appraisal value differed by €95,000 (!) from Brouwer's, which meant that I was fortunately able to get my mortgage.
