I found the way this broker spoke to me very unpleasant. You are supposedly called back, you hear nothing more. If you call again a day later, you've had bad luck and missed your chance. No excuse, no willingness to think along with you etc. No, very unsympathetic man. I can’t imagine it being pleasant for a selling party that things go this way either. Even if I say I am willing to make a high bid (if necessary without seeing the property), they say they will not agree to it.
