Really a bad agency. On Monday I checked their flats at 8.15 and 8.30 am. I saw that there was a new flat, so I sent them an email and called them at 9.00 am. They said they would contact me, but in case I called them at 10.00 am to make sure everything was alright. During the call they were quite rude. They told me that everything was fine and that they would contact me during the day. I was called back at 5.30 pm (closing time) asking if I had pets, or if I was going to live with someone. I answered everything (no pets, non-smoker, no family). Today I called them again and they told me that the viewings were full. I met all the requirements and it is virtually impossible that there were so many people when I applied. The only information they knew about me was my salary (perfectly fine for the flat) and that I am Spanish. This means that they either didn’t like me because I am a foreigner, or that they made a huge administrative mistake. In either case, this automatically makes them a very bad agency in my opinion.

Through my old neighbor, I ended up with Marloes Makelaar. After our initial contact, it turned out that Marloes herself was on maternity leave. Celine would assist us during this process with the sale of our home. I initially had doubts because the reviews were about Marloes herself. I also made this clear. Celine kept her promises and successfully sold our house. Celine works accurately, keeps promises, thinks along, she is clear and comes up with appropriate solutions. We never met each other because I live abroad. All contact was through WhatsApp. Nevertheless, everything went flawlessly.
