ZO Real Estate had a good story during the intake about how they use data and digital techniques and how they prioritize customer experience. The photos turned out beautifully. Also with a 'streertview-like' display, but that didn't really come into its own on Funda because a link hidden in the text had to be followed for the photos. Because we had a child around the time of the launch on Funda, we weren’t able to closely follow the launch. It turned out after a week that the floor plans were missing. These were quickly set up afterwards, but the parcel drawings still lacked. Despite repeated requests, these were not added. To our displeasure, we received feedback from our buyers that communication was not always respectful. Due to the mismatch between the intake story and the final performance, we do not recommend ZO Real Estate.
