I had the best experience with V&M Makelaars, especially with Arjen, I bought my house from him, I rented it out (twice) while I was abroad, and I sold my house with Arjen. Arjen has always looked after my interests as owner/landlord, therefore I am very surprised to find an online negative review about my tenant Hasan. I would recommend V&M Makelaars at any time!

The real estate agency acted as an intermediary between us and the landlord during our time in the Netherlands, because we rented the house from a friend. Arjen Cardinal, who was in charge, was however the worst to deal with! Impolite and unprofessional behavior, which is truly unbearable. Even if they say 'he does his job', that must always be done with good manners, because people are not puppets he can shout at or express his anger towards without being able to listen back. Nevertheless, this would be the last place I'd deal with if I were to return to the Netherlands (unless it’s a different realtor than Arjen).
