As a buyer's agent, we have not had good experiences with him. Throughout the entire process of buying a house, we felt like we were completely alone and didn't have an agent to support us. And so often he acted as if we weren’t his clients when we tried to ask something from the buyer. Even once he said in his email that I will speak with the buyer’s agent if I return; he didn’t do it and when we asked him about it. He just sent an email and the tone was like a reprimand for us. Also, he did not warn us during the final inspection of the house about all electronic devices, especially the central heating boiler, even though he also realized that the device has problems. He has a lot of experience with these kinds of things, but somehow he decided to say nothing, and during the final inspection we missed many things without any notification. When we finally talked about these things, he said that you had already signed the definitive chequepaper. Really, so professional!! As a client, I do not have confidence in him as a buyer's agent! Editing and Adding! It precisely shows what I mean from my above review. You act like you are always right and don’t even try to listen to the customer! And it is not nice to write the address of one of your clients. It shows what kind of person you are! It shows how you behave when you receive negative feedback! Last remarks 1. These are not accusations, they are the truth. 2. Your previous response has been removed by Google because you violated the privacy of your client by writing my home address here!

Afterwards, he sat down with us, the neighbor, and the owner to clarify the matter and also proposed solutions. A requirement of the bank was that our rental property had to be cadastral split from the downstairs apartment. Thanks to Frans' good contact with the notary, we received advice during the previously mentioned home visit on the steps to follow. This provided a lot of clarity for us! The next step was signing the purchase contract. Frans drafted this for us and after incorporating our feedback, we signed it together with the owner at Frans' office. The way this broker acted towards my girlfriend and me was very unprofessional and disrespectful. The broker called me on a Friday stating that we could submit an offer on a house in Delft by Monday at the latest, but preferably tomorrow (Saturday). When I called him the next day (Saturday) to make an offer, he answered with 'Good that you're calling, the house has already been sold.' He didn’t need to hear the offer. In my opinion, it is clear that the verbal agreements of this broker are worthless. And I would advise everyone to avoid doing business with this broker, or to make sure to put all agreements in writing. In your response, you state that you will not apologize for the way of doing business, a pity. Instead, you indicate that you regret that we are still disappointed about the fact that the property was not assigned to us. However, that is not the point I made: it has happened before that a property unfortunately did not go to us, but in this case, it's about the manner in which things were handled: Verbal agreements are not kept. Finally, I find it particularly noteworthy that you invent several things in your response to my review: 'I congratulated you on the purchase of the other property and advised you to do so out of respect for the colleague broker.' You did not advise this during the phone call. As I previously stated, you advised us to let you know soon whether we wanted to make an offer on the property that you were selling.
