I first sent Timon a message via WhatsApp with my preference for a certain type of house, my budget and any additional wishes. Within about a week he found a house that met those criteria. A viewing was arranged with three other candidates, after which I expressed my interest and submitted all the necessary documents. Timon supported me throughout the entire process and quickly answered all my questions. After the screening, I was offered the house; all of this within a week. I was particularly impressed because I had sought help quite late (three weeks before the end of my contract), but he still quickly found an excellent option for me.
