He was extremely helpful and his professionalism and responsiveness ensured that the entire process went exceptionally smoothly compared to the experiences of some of our friends (with other agencies). We greatly appreciated his support!

Stay away from this company!!!! They never return your deposits! They try to charge you extra costs when you leave the accommodation! They don't answer any phone calls. In the event that we came to the office after waiting for a few months for the deposit, the director of Rotvast physically touched and hit us! It goes directly to the lawyer and the police!

I only had a few days to find a place in Delft for my exchange semester, but with the help of Kevin I somehow managed! He was extremely professional and friendly and always responded very quickly. As this was the first time I rented, especially abroad, I was quite stressed, particularly given the competitive housing market in Delft. However, Kevin answered all my questions and ensured that the entire process went smoothly and stress-free. I am very grateful for his help and can wholeheartedly recommend him and this agency.

I ended up with this agency for temporary rental between two owner-occupied homes. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had in years. The low points: - Contract with unreasonable conditions - Trying to collect municipal taxes where they have no authority - Being late for key handover - Unreachable by phone, connection is dropped - Incorrectly recording meter readings and later claiming far too high consumption - Continuously failing to honor contracts and agreements - Very rude owner. This man sends “get a life” as a response when I point out the various problems. And he doesn't respond when I ask him if this is normal behavior Think very carefully before renting with this agency. There are better real estate agents in the Delft region.

Rots-Vast has managed our apartment for about 15 years, initially on a short-term basis and later with long-term tenants. We were very satisfied, both with their services and the quality of the long-term tenants they found for us. Payments were always on time and the staff of Rots-Vast was generally responsive and sometimes went out of their way to offer personal assistance. Emergency repairs were handled quickly, although it sometimes took longer to resolve minor maintenance issues. Should it be necessary, we would definitely use their services again.

We have contacted several real estate agencies, of which Rotsvast Delft was by far the most responsive. Kevin contacted us on the same day and the entire process (from the moment we scheduled an online viewing to signing the contract) took less than a week. I cannot recommend their services enough (for which they do not charge fees) if you are looking for a smooth rental process and excellent customer service.

During my search for an apartment in Delft, I dealt with 2 real estate agents. At Rotsvast, thanks to Kevin who actually read my emails and knew what I was looking for, I had an appointment within the hour for a viewing. I really appreciated that. (In contrast to bjornd where agents are so busy on the phone, they hardly notice you in their office and you have to wait a week before you get a viewing appointment). After that, everything went smoothly regarding signing and inspection. And no brokerage fees at Rotsvast. Professional, fast, to the point. I highly recommend them.

This rental company is being saved by Kevin. He is super helpful, responsible, takes you to the right place and does it all with a friendly attitude. I've already rented two houses from him, and that's why I seriously stay with Rots Vast. Both as someone who rents out here in the Netherlands and as a landlord, I would recommend him. However, I know many people who had mixed experiences with Rots Vast in general. Some great like mine and some not so good.

Nevertheless, we have had good experiences with Rotsvast so far, especially Kevin has helped us very well! General tips for foreigners: - write your first email in Dutch - also add your payslips to your first email (or, if you are a student, proof that you can pay the rent) - take into account the overpriced housing market in the Netherlands.
