From the first conversation, it stood out how involved and accessible everyone was. No smooth sales pitch, but honest advice, quick responses and clear communication. Fleur, Lisette and Melanie guided us with great attention during both the purchase and the sale. They actively thought along, switched quickly and often needed just a few words. This kept the entire process manageable and understandable. The ladies in the back office, Laura and Sarina, were always available for questions or practical solutions. It was very nice to be able to count on that support. The financial part was handled by Michan. With him too: no question was too much, and the answers always came quickly and clearly. He really took the time to explain everything properly, which gave a lot of peace in an otherwise complex process.
