Ik heb in 2021 een slechte ervaring gehad met dit bedrijf. Ik kreeg weliswaar "advies" over het kopen van een huis en het afsluiten van een hypotheek, maar toen er problemen ontstonden met de bank, lieten ze het probleem aan zich voorbijgaan. In 2023 heb ik rechtstreeks met de bank samengewerkt voor mijn hypotheek en dat verliep wel positief. Dit laat zien dat je goed moet opletten wie je kunt vertrouwen. Sorry voor de negatieve woorden, maar het was echt een negatieve ervaring!

Ik vond Onesta ontzettend prettig om mee te werken. Ik heb met Floor, Sarah en Lisette samengewerkt en alle drie waren ze fantastisch. De website is makkelijk te navigeren, ze hebben een geweldige persoonlijke aanpak en het appartement waar ik terechtkwam is absoluut prachtig. Ik kan Onesta van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een woning in Den Haag.

Wij zijn een expatgezin met een hoog zescijferig salaris. Onze reputatie is allesbehalve dubieus. We gingen een woning bezichtigen (2000 euro huur per maand) en deden een bod van 1900 euro, hoewel we bereid waren de volledige prijs (2000 euro) te betalen. Twee dagen later was de prijs op Funda verlaagd naar 1800 euro, zonder dat we daarvan op de hoogte waren gesteld. We moesten de makelaar zelf achterna zitten, maar ze was onbereikbaar. We moesten persoonlijk naar het kantoor van Onesta gaan en daar hadden ze naar verluidt geen idee van de nieuwe prijs. Ons bod van 1900 euro werd afgewezen en de makelaar was "verbaasd" over de nieuwe prijs op Funda. Na twee weken staat het appartement nog steeds voor 1800 euro op Funda. Hoe is deze discriminatie te verklaren? Zeer onprofessioneel, tijdverspilling en verlies voor de verhuurder! Volstrekt rampzalig!

Absoluut onprofessioneel. Ik had een bezichtiging met ze afgesproken, een week nadat ik contact met ze had opgenomen voor een appartement (terwijl een eerdere datum voor mij mogelijk was!). Vervolgens annuleerden ze de bezichtiging een dag van tevoren omdat het appartement al verhuurd was. Hoe is het mogelijk dat een appartement verhuurd wordt voordat alle bezichtigingen zijn afgerond? Ik heb mijn tijd met dit makelaarskantoor gewoon verspild. En toen ik klaagde, werd me verteld dat het niet onprofessioneel was, "maar gewoon hoe het werkt". Dit bedrijf is een lachertje.

From the initial introduction to the actual sale of the apartment, we had a pleasant contact with the real estate agent (and all other employees), and the promised agreements were more than fulfilled. To name a few examples: correct analysis of the market and valuation of the property, proactively thinking along during the sales process itself, and additionally not reluctant to even take a look at the rental agreement of our new home. Dit is zonder twijfel het slechtste makelaarskantoor waar mijn man en ik ooit in Nederland mee te maken hebben gehad. Het is nu bijna twee weken geleden dat we een appartement hebben bezichtigd dat ons beviel en waar we een aanvraag voor hebben ingediend. Elke keer dat we contact opnamen met Onesta, kregen we te horen dat er nog geen reactie van de verhuurder was en dat we dus moesten wachten. Afgelopen vrijdag, 10 dagen na de bezichtiging, stuurden we ze opnieuw een e-mail met de vraag of ze zo vriendelijk wilden zijn om contact op te nemen met de verhuurder, aangezien de tijd begon te dringen en we wellicht andere opties hadden. Een paar minuten later kregen we een kortaf "NEE" van een van de makelaars - K* (die ook bij de bezichtiging aanwezig was). Ik ben er vrij zeker van dat ze niet echt de moeite heeft genomen om contact op te nemen met de verhuurder, maar ons gewoon heeft afgewezen zodat we niet langer zouden aandringen - en we waren wel degelijk aandringend, want we wachtten al veel te lang en moesten zo snel mogelijk verhuizen, haha. Het appartement staat natuurlijk nog steeds op hun website. En zelfs als dat niet zo was, als ze wilde bewijzen hoe goed hun makelaarskantoor was, had ze ons andere appartementen kunnen laten zien die we zouden kunnen huren zonder klanten te verliezen. Aangezien vrijwel elke expat weet hoe moeilijk en stressvol het is om hier een woning te vinden, kan dit makelaarskantoor het alleen maar erger maken. Je zou eindeloos kunnen wachten en enorm gestrest raken. Elk ander makelaarskantoor zou ons binnen een paar dagen op de hoogte stellen, maar dit kantoor lijkt zijn werk helemaal niet te doen. We hebben het zelfs aan onze advocaat gevraagd, en hij vond het vreemd dat we zo lang moesten wachten en adviseerde ons om verder te zoeken als dat mogelijk was. Er zijn ook geen updates op hun website, wat aantoont hoe lui, onverantwoordelijk en volstrekt onprofessioneel de mensen zijn die daar "werken". Ik zou ze zelfs mijn ergste vijand niet aanraden.
