Ik was op tijd voor een bezichtiging van een appartement, maar niemand deed open. Ik belde toen en de dame zei dat er iemand binnen was en dat ze die persoon zou bellen om de deur open te doen. Na 10 minuten was er nog steeds niemand en ik belde opnieuw. Toen vertelde ze me dat de persoon zogenaamd was vertrokken omdat hij niemand had gezien, en ze was erg onbeleefd. Ze waren onbeleefd en kwamen niet eens opdagen voor de afspraak.

Het verliep allemaal goed en ik had ook vertrouwen in mijn makelaar. Goede communicatie. De binnendienst van de makelaar regelt bezichtiging en en de makelaar ging soms wel soms niet mee. Ze gaf goed advies over het bieden en wat de opties waren binnen mijn budget.

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over onze begeleider. Veel kennis en communiceert top. Lukas Melisse is zeker aan te raden.
