We namen een dag vrij en reden van Eindhoven naar Texel omdat we geïnteresseerd waren in een chalet. We maakten een afspraak en toen we aankwamen, vertelde deze arrogante makelaar ons dat dit specifieke chalet al verkocht was, maar dat we nog even naar alternatieven moesten kijken... Hij wist dit al dagen voor onze afspraak, maar nam geen contact met ons op, anders hadden we onszelf een reis van 7 uur naar Texel kunnen besparen. Hij kwam met excuses als "hij had een dag vrij", "hij was ons telefoonnummer kwijt" en zelfs "zijn computer lag eruit, dus hij kon ons geen e-mail sturen". Hij heeft de deal voor de verkoper niet goed aangepakt, want doordat hij ons niet liet weten dat er al een bod op dit object was uitgebracht, kregen wij niet de kans om hoger te bieden dan de andere verkoper. We zouden desnoods 105% van de vraagprijs hebben geboden en dit object is uiteindelijk voor een lagere prijs dan de vraagprijs verkocht... NOOIT MEER Makelaardij Texel Vastgoed.
