Due to many digital changes, I became somewhat nervous, which caused me to go to the wrong notary for my house (the sale). That is therefore my fault and my age, not Ester’s. She sticks to the appointment we made! Until recently, I found Funda very unclear to get into and didn't find it useful!

Esther did her research well regarding buyers, but with regard to further 'guidance' in certain matters it could have been a little more. Sometimes we felt 'abandoned' while you don't hire an intermediary for nothing. But otherwise she knows a lot about many things ...... thank you for the good care !!

After an initial phone call, we decided to schedule an appointment to see what they could do for us. And that’s how we ended up with Mylou and her colleagues. She helped us with the viewings. During this time, we received neat advice on what we should and shouldn't do and what we might expect. This was done in a professional and understandable manner. Very nice, as we ourselves found. Mylou submitted the offer with us, and that’s how we were able to buy our first little house. We would like to sincerely thank Mylou and her colleagues for all their efforts. And for answering all of our questions during this period. I also personally appreciated the ladies from the front office who are primarily focused on relieving stress and removing uncertainties. Truly recommended!

06 Mar 2024Chriss did his best to accommodate us, even though we lived far away. We are satisfied with the house despite the complications. As much as possible, we are also generally satisfied. The only thing that surprised us a little and didn't please us was that he essentially referred us directly to the notary, who is next to their office. He didn't ask us if we wanted one or if we already had one ourselves, because we have the right to choose. Although everything went well and essentially helped us, the notary was quite expensive and cost us more than we expected. So that’s the only thing I would complain about. Apparently, we should have been more careful ourselves. :-)
