29 Nov 2025Fly Schagen, the party that handled the entire purchase process from start to finish on our behalf. Of course, this comes with a cost, but that's a choice you make and they are very transparent about it. I dare to say 100% that I would do it again. Buying a house is not just something, there's a lot to consider and for every question we had, there was almost 24x7 an answer found via a whatsapp group where several employees of Fly Schagen were present. During a meeting during an inspection, they think about things you yourself don't even think of. Kitchen drawers, cabinets and doors are opened with a very critical eye while you yourself are only surprised by how beautiful the floor is. I can recommend Fly Schagen for all your property purchases. The communication is very simple and you are dealing with people who know what they're talking about. Is your fixed real estate agent on vacation? Then you get a colleague assigned to you directly who speaks exactly the same language. 5/5 stars for this party. I am now the happy owner of a new home thanks to Fly Schagen.

29 Sep 2025We came across Fly Real Estate through a new construction project they were selling. Here, we were assigned agent Tygo. Although that project did not work out for us, we stayed with him because he advised us honestly and transparently from the start. Tygo is an incredibly enthusiastic and competent real estate agent. He helped us tremendously in finding a home and selling my partner’s apartment. The communication was always easy: Tygo is very reachable and thinks along with you. Even on his free evenings or weekends, he goes out of his way for you. We as a couple sometimes have somewhat peculiar, sarcastic humor, but that was fortunately no problem with Tygo. Despite him taking his work very seriously and professionally, there’s always room for a joke. This makes the search for a new home and viewings light-hearted and enjoyable. The communication within Fly Real Estate is incredibly fast; if Tygo wasn’t available, one of his colleagues would respond almost immediately and take up our question. If we ever sell or buy another house again, we will definitely approach Fly Real Estate.

Even when the first buyers withdrew from the purchase, the second option was approached immediately, and within a few days, the property was sold anyway. 12 Jun 2025I had an incredibly pleasant experience with DVA Makelaars. In 2018, I purchased a property where DVA real estate agents were the selling agent. They were great to communicate with, took plenty of time for the viewing, and further contact was very smooth and professional. I recently sold this property and chose DVA for the same reasons to sell it for me. The contact was extremely good again; Tineke contacted us on the same day, we had everything signed a few days later, and the sale was arranged. The house was somewhat outdated, and they even helped with having it renovated by connecting us with a contractor they know. In short: complete hassle-free service for me. I am sure that next time in the Alkmaar region I will use DVA real estate agents again. Keep up the good work Tineke and Pascal!
