Verzekeringen niet goed(*): Ik heb verzekeringen opgezegd volgens de verzekeringsvoorwaarden (VKG) en WenH heeft de verzekeringen niet opgezegd. Dit resulteerde in talloze e-mails, telefoontjes en tijd om het probleem op te lossen, en ze stuurden de rekening zelfs ten onrechte naar een incassobureau. Raad iedereen ten zeerste af om dit bedrijf te gebruiken voor verzekeringen als u uit een ander land komt, aangezien zij u niet voldoende aanwijzingen of ondersteuning bieden om problemen op te lossen en van u verwachten dat u de 'gebruikelijke' processen begrijpt die niet bekend zijn bij expats of immigranten. Real estate(*****): Dennis helped us find a house in the Noordkop quickly and negotiated the sale to meet our needs on a quick timeline. Insurance not good (*): I requested insurances to be cancelled per the terms and conditions of the insurance (VKG) and WenH did not cancel the insurances. This resulted in countless emails, phone calls and time to resolve the issue, and they even sent the account to a collection agency (bos incasso) in error. Highly discourage anyone to use this company for insurances if you come from another country as they will not provide adequate direction or support to resolve issues and will expect you to understand 'customary' processes that are not known to expats or immigrants.
