Terrible company. We have been renting one of three garage boxes since 2016. One of these was for sale and has been sold. We heard rumors that ours was also for sale, which turned out to be the case. After contacting them by phone, it appeared that it had already been sold. Very unsocial of this real estate agent not to warn the tenant about the sale and give them the opportunity to purchase.

The financial part of a collaboration has been completed. To also wrap up the emotional side surrounding this collaboration, I want to share my story. Not just because the collaboration didn't feel right, but I hope you will take it into account with future clients. The collaboration had no meaning for me because I ultimately found a tenant myself. Despite finding a tenant myself, REBO MAKELAAR did charge me €907,- which was even more, but I managed to negotiate some of the price down. Personally, I believe you are not entitled to these revenues, but unfortunately, I didn't see this when signing my agreement and had no leg to stand on. I hope you will learn from this and won't unnecessarily burden future clients with costs, and even deceive them.
