First a positive experience with the receptionist, who was friendly and helpful when scheduling a callback request. However, the conversation during the callback was a huge disappointment. The approach was arrogant, abrupt, and completely not customer-focused. This kind of interaction gives a bad impression and makes you doubt the quality of the service. Tip: be more transparent and involve the customer in the story, so that they fully understand the situation. It takes little effort, but it can make a world of difference in customer satisfaction.
