Fijn contact met makelaardij het Noorden. Komt zijn afspraken na. Zoals bekend is de woningmarkt overspannen en met dit in het achterhoofd overwogen wij om de woning zelf te gaan verkopen. Echter door een groter bereik via de makelaar besloten we toch hiervoor te gaan (stiekem ook het gemak, bijv. geen tel, bezichtigingen en opmaak voorlopig koopcontract). Deze keuze is achteraf goed geweest. We hadden nu meerdere bezichtigingen en biedingen. De woning is uiteindelijk goed verkocht aan een gezin (nog) niet wonende in Friesland. Blij met de keuze om de woning via een makelaar te verkopen anders hadden we mogelijk dit gezin niet bereikt.

Zeer onprofessionele werkwijze. Ik had een bezichtiging gepland. Volgens Stegenga was er weinig animo en kon de afspraak niet eerder plaatsvinden, dus heb ik mij aangepast aan hun planning. Op de dag van de bezichtiging werd ik echter gebeld dat het pand al verkocht was. Terwijl er gewoon een afspraak stond. Dit vind ik erg onzorgvuldig en niet netjes. Afspraken hoor je na te komen of op zijn minst tijdig en transparant te communiceren als de situatie verandert. Geen prettige ervaring.
