10 Jan 2025We, as the purchasing party, have had to deal with this realtor. Nothing but drama and miscommunication. The realtor does not pass on appointments to the sellers, which creates irritation for both parties. In addition, the realtor has no idea what object he is selling or who is even entitled to sell the house. He knows little to nothing about the house he is selling. I'm not just talking about history, but for example about whether there is a concrete floor or a wooden floor on the ground floor or who owns the property. For those people who are buying a home through this realtor: do your own homework and make sure you know how things stand. That prevents a lot of hassle later in the process.
