Wij hebben Daniël ingeschakeld voor het taxeren van onze woning. In eerste instantie via e-mail contact gezocht. Hierop werd snel gereageerd (in het weekend) en de afspraak voor het daadwerkelijk taxeren van de woning kon binnen een aantal dagen worden gemaakt. Daniël kwam vriendelijk, kundig en professioneel over. Het taxatierapport volgde binnen enkele dagen na taxatie. Prijs was t.o.v. een aantal andere makelaars concurrerend.

Jillis Baggerman is a worthless realtor. Integrity is nowhere to be found. Some time ago, we overbid on a house by 105,000 euros, and this realtor refused to pass this on to the seller because eerlijk bieden.nl would be used. A realtor is obliged to pass on EVERY bid. Furthermore, there are now all sorts of defects in the property that he should have reported, but he did not properly inspect the house and did not visit certain rooms, according to him, because things were in the way. So, in other words, this realtor sells a car but isn't sure if it has an engine. We tried to have a conversation with him, but he only comes up with accusations and, even worse, doesn’t have the decency to let you finish speaking. This realtor stated that he would prefer to go to court than we will sort it out. Are there more people with negative experiences with this realtor?
