I have dealt with vestiging Drunen regarding the rental of my house. Appointments were almost never kept and I had to chase everything up by phone. The staff was very difficult to reach and the communication wasn't great either. This caused the entire process to take a month longer than necessary, so I also missed out on a month of rental income.

As the selling party, this broker was chosen. It quickly becomes apparent that they are working for the buying party and suppress you with poor offers to sell. Several things break after viewings. Really wants to secure the assignment, but it will then become clear that what was agreed is not feasible. Poor feedback and it seems as if they are not working for the selling party.

Very poor to no communication towards us (the selling party), Spelling errors in the documents/funda, which are not/late corrected even after we pointed them out, Issuing outdated forms to the buyers with all information included. Transfer date was not communicated to us. Questions we asked never received a response. Fewer viewings were scheduled than communicated. Documents that we need to review are delivered too late to us so that we (almost) have no time to review them and provide feedback, so that even until the day of signing we cannot reach anyone (who is aware of our sale) to answer our questions. All in all a very bad experience, which we also communicated with AMB real estate agents, however there was no response to this and we had to contact them multiple times to get a reaction. And then all our comments are simply dismissed. We pay a lot of money, and substandard work is delivered. Think carefully before entering into an agreement with this party. We are now also looking at the legal options to see if we can do something about this on principle.

A good story......

Deficient and erroneous communication with all unpleasant (financial) consequences thereof. Also very poor service to the customer afterwards. Furthermore, extremely poor service and customer focus from the photographer chosen by them from Fototypo. No understanding or willingness to cooperate was received for us as a paying customer. We did get to pay for the most expensive photoshoot. In short, we are not satisfied and would not choose AMB and/or affiliated photographer again.

Good contact possible 24/7, hence still two stars. It's a shame that it doesn't seem to be appreciated that a buyer can also become a seller. It is already apparent here that only the sellers are satisfied. My attempt to buy has, in my opinion, resulted in an assessment error by this real estate agent costing me unnecessary money. My offer was suddenly set aside in favor of a registration between two interested parties (another buyer and I) which was called for on Friday and had to be submitted the following Monday, whereas I had arranged an inspection for the day (Tuesday) after. Acceptable said NVM when I called them but not chic to call it. A pity that I have experienced this.
