Had to call myself, and it would still be investigated. But no time today. Registered a year ago for existing housing: never heard anything from them again. When registering for new construction plans, I repeatedly received a blank page via email. After several phone calls, we decided to obtain the same information through another real estate agent who was able to send me printed pages. They are not really making an effort to devise adequate solutions for this. Opening hours from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM? And we don't have voicemail.....
