Onze ervaring met RAS Makelaars is ronduit teleurstellend. Wat in eerste instantie vriendelijk en professioneel lijkt, blijkt in de praktijk vooral onbetrouwbaar. Wij hebben deze makelaar ervaren als glad en weinig transparant. Het voelde alsof er vooral werd meegedacht zolang het in hun eigen belang was, en dat maakt het lastig om op hen te bouwen in een belangrijk proces. Ons advies: wees uiterst kritisch als je overweegt met deze partij samen te werken, maar beter nog: kies een andere makelaar. Als je een woning wil kopen bij RAS-makelaars, controleer alles zorgvuldig. Voor ons staat vast: met Ignas en Marian Ras doen wij geen zaken meer.

Wij hadden een bezichtiging staan over een week bij een huis via Ras makelaars. Via het Move account kregen wij een mail dat de bieding op dit huis over een dag sluit, wat betekent dat wij niet eens het huis kunnen bezichtigen. Wij hebben contact opgenomen met Ras en zij vertelden ons dat dit “kan gebeuren” en wij niet het huis kunnen bezichtigen, wat bij ons overkomt als “pech gehad”. Wij vinden het zeer slecht dat hier zo mee wordt omgegaan en jullie deze fout gewoon accepteren. Van een makelaar verwachten wij wel meer professionaliteit.

Wat een topper is Ignas Ras Makelaars! Vanaf het eerste contact voelde het meteen goed: informeel waar het kan, deskundig waar het moet. Ignas kent de lokale markt door en door – of je nu koopt of verkoopt, hij weet precies wat er speelt en hoe je strategisch het beste resultaat behaalt. Wat ik vooral waardeer is zijn scherpe marktkennis gecombineerd met een ontspannen en toegankelijke manier van communiceren. Geen poeha, gewoon helder advies en duidelijke stappen. En minstens zo belangrijk: zijn team staat altijd klaar. Snel schakelen, vriendelijk contact en alles goed geregeld. Wil je een makelaar die écht weet wat hij doet, de regio snapt, het proces soepel, je huis snel en goed verkoopt (of aankoopt) en prettig laat verlopen? Dan zit je hier helemaal goed. Absoluut een aanrader! 💪o

Vreemde makelaar, gebruikt AI fotos op zn website en Funda. Om potentiële kopers op het verkeerde pad te zetten. Ook omschrijving van de omgeving klopt totaal niet met de werkelijkheid ter plaatsen!! #Bizar dat een "makelaar" zo zn geld wil verdienen.

Ignas offered it for sale to us. Marian conducted the viewings. They are direct and work in the interest of their client! Communication is clear and they always answer your questions! Need a real estate agent? Don't hesitate, just call!

With great enthusiasm, a series of offers back and forth began with a house. At the beginning, it's always a bit of feeling each other out, partly because you want to give less, the seller naturally wants to get more. Marian Ras herself oversaw this communication, as well as natural advice to the seller. After finally agreeing on the amount, there was then enormous difficulty regarding subsequent steps. More certainty needs to come from us according to her while we were told that she herself had advised a counter-offer to the sellers which was higher than ours and the seller themselves already liked. At that moment, this was, as far as we know, as our mortgage advisor said: verbally sold. Subsequently, we are told that the following weekend the house simply went into the open house, as well as that the asking price had been lowered. All of this after it had in fact been verbally sold, actually under offer, and we were already busy with many actions. The week after, no message anymore, we ourselves proceeded with the question of whether things can be set up and whether we can have a building inspection and valuation done. There is, again after much difficulty about uncertainty, a purchase agreement drawn up. After we have arranged everything and want to come by that Friday for inspection etc. and want to sign, we are called the day before that there has suddenly been an overbid and whether we will go along with it upwards. A very sad state of affairs, I will never go here again if after so much effort, bills, insurances taken out and different agencies helped, you are simply dismissed with nothing.

Good morning everyone, what do you think? What am I deploying along the Linge at 9:30 a.m. towards Arnhem? I'm overtaken by an unsociable board in a white wave with a black roof and that goes at a rotten speed, overtaking me while you can go 60 there just after a bend near the farm. To my astonishment, the realtor Ras is sitting in the car and driving at breakneck speed, certainly 80 to 100 km/h along the Linge towards Arnhem. Ras, I personally think, is already a bit of an arrogant man because he's a realtor. And thinks people can be pushed off the road and drive fast. I called his office that it wasn't intended for his behavior. But I think Mr. Ras often does this in this way and if you are late for an appointment, he leaves earlier to arrive on time for your appointment. Unsocial behavior away, especially when a realtor.

Ras real estate agents is a company where things are apparently going so well that they have little interest in making any effort. The real estate world often complains about interested parties who no longer get back in touch after a viewing. At RAS real estate agents, this principle has been adopted and calling back after showing interest in a property is not on the agenda. Called several times, heard several times that the relevant colleague, who handles the property, would call back. That still needs to happen. If you then call for the umpteenth time and indicate that you are tired of the lack of service/attitude. Then you receive an email within 30 minutes stating that the renting party does not want to rent to you. Now that last thing is fine, that someone who offers a property for rent doesn't want to rent it to a serious candidate. But that RAS real estate agents cannot call back and, after the umpteenth complaint about this, can only send a rejection email is of course disrespectful. No apologies for not calling back, no effort taken to calmly provide feedback by phone. Nothing! And the funny thing is, they never asked me to come by and the landlord has never spoken to me about my plans... so keep in mind, if you need these people, you can be completely ignored and that they don't want to bother calling back or talking to you... We are now 8 months later and the relevant property is only now provisionally rented.

A great company with a personal approach that helps you and thinks along well. Nothing but praise for these people!

Although I called them and sent an e-mail for an appointment on the same day of publication, they sent an e-mail two weeks later about a refusal to view the book. The lady on the phone promised that they would contact me, but they never did. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Very satisfied with RAS Makelaars. Ignas Ras has a personal approach, gave honest advice and I regularly received telephone feedback (which I found very important). He was even present together with the photographer to ensure that my property was presented as well as possible. Also very satisfied with the photos. I compared many real estate agents and RAS was truly the best in terms of price, quality, way of approach, updates and feedback, in short, in everything!
