BBDB is verreweg de beste makelaar waar ik ooit mee gewerkt heb. Nu heb ik vooral ervaring als verkopende partij, maar in 2025 zocht ik een woning in Amsterdam en zonder Almar Bakker was dat nooit zo goed gegaan als het nu ging. De deskundigheid en punctualiteit is uitzonderlijk. En ook is Almar heel geduldig en altijd correct. Zijn collega's ook trouwens. Als aankoopmakelaar heeft Almar me voor alle fouten die je kan maken behoed en de uiteindelijke aankoopprijs was zonder hem een stuk hoger geweest. Het mooie is ook dat ie zich helemaal in je kan verplaatsen en dat zijn adviezen daardoor perfect aansluiten. Soms had ik het gevoel dat ie me beter kende dan ik mezelf. In ieder geval heeft dit geleid tot een heerlijke woning in precies de buurt die bij me past. Echt indrukwekkend.

We kunnen Almar van harte aanbevelen. Hij was een absoluut cruciale schakel in onze zoektocht naar een woning in Amsterdam, en we zijn er zeker van dat we ons huis niet zonder hem hadden gevonden.
