Begon al met een zeer vlakke bezichtiging. We waren goed voorbereid. Kregen we te horen dat we wel veel vragen hadden. Onduidelijkheid over m2. Wordt door ChatGPT berekend! Geen antwoord op de vraag waarom de m2 afwijken. Is voor de verkoop straks wel belangrijk. Geen oplossing van hun kant. Ook met teamleider contact opgenomen. Heen en weer gemaild. Geen antwoord gekregen. Zeer onprofessioneel gedrag.

Heel fijn contact met de makelaar, die weet wat hij doet en veel kennis over de markt heeft. Soepel het appartement verkocht!

Wij hebben als kopende partij te maken met Damen. Een jonge makelaar (waarvan ik gehoord heb dat hij zijn diploma's nog niet heeft) komt niet verder dan praatjes over het priveleven van de verkopers. Daarna tamelijk onbereikbaar, schijnbaar ook voor de verkoper; die kreeg zonder melding het voorlopig koopcontract in de mail. De inventarislijst blijkt achteraf niet goed ingevuld. De CV was geen eigendom en er was nog een lening op de zonnepanelen. Jammer dan "dan trek je het bod maar in" iets wat je als koper nu niet kunt permitteren. Wel nu €6000 kunnen neerleggen om alles te corrigeren. Nee, Damen bewijst dat je om makelaar te zijn niets hoeft te kunnen.
