Echter er word koud gereageerd dat men enkel geïnteresseerd is indien wij al onze verzekeringen bij hun willen onderbrengen. Het gesprek viel me zo raar, dat ik dacht dat het aan Marianne zelf zou kunnen liggen. Mijn vraag of ik contact zou mogen opnemen met de eigenaar van de zaak, daar werd ook niet in meegewerkt. Heb geen ervaring met hun makelaardij, maar de verzekeringstak komt op mij naar over. Ik zoek een andere partij.

However, the communication regarding the removal of the furniture from the temporary setup did not go well: The furniture was removed without us being informed. Makelaar dacht goed mee, was telefonisch goed bereikbaar, kennis van zaken en vriendelijk in de omgang. De front office was geweldig! Zeer behulpzaam en altijd vriendelijk!

Alle dienstverlening (hypotheekadviseur, verkoopmakelaar) verliep via Hopma. Dat is heel fijn, zorgde voor korte lijntjes. Professioneel team. Verkoop van de woning verliep vlot. Slechte communicatie via Rutger. 2de keer bezichtiging kwam hij te laat zonder dit even te laten weten. Na een week onderhandelen (ivm late reacties) werd ons bod geaccepteerd op 16-01 en zijn we direct gestart met de verkoop van beide woningen. Allebei een betaling van €1100,- per huis gedaan voor de opstartkosten van de verkoop van onze woningen. Vrijdag 23-01 worden we opeens gebeld dat er nog een geïnteresseerd stel is en was de vraag of wij bij ons bod blijven. Wij hebben gezegd idd bij ons bod te blijven. Vervolgens heeft hij niet meer op de mail gereageerd die we daarna hebben gestuurd en zien wij 4 dagen later op funda dat het huis opeens onder bod staat. We hebben zelf niks meer gehoord. Rare gang van zaken dit
