Al met al kunnen we het nog steeds aanbevelen.

Het contact met de makelaar en zijn team was zeer prettig. Afspraken werden steeds nagekomen en er werd snel gereageerd op vragen. Mede door hun inzet hebben wij een mooie prijs voor ons appartement gekregen.

Contact verliep goed, huis was zeer snel verkocht, Wat fijn was, was dat ik inzicht had op hoeveel bezichtigingen er waren geweest, en wat de mensen er van vonden. Wat ik persoonlijk jammer vond was dat er pas na de sluitingsdatum duidelijk werd wat er was geboden, zelf had ik dat liever eerder geweten

Veel contact verliep via een door ons wenselijk geachte WhatsApp groep. Dirk reageerde vlot op vragen. De locatie van ons huis, in een dorp in het bos dus met veel bomen om ons huis, bleek voor verassend veel kijkers meer een nadeel dan een voordeel. Dat maakte dat Dirk meer dan 30 keer een bezichtiging (waaronder ook “2e” en “3e” bezichtigingen) moest begeleiden. Dat bleef Dirk met niet aflatende enthousiasme verzorgen.
