Very bad experience with Perumal & Partners Makelaars. Had a second viewing of a small house last week and the owner was also present at our request. As the last question during the viewing, we asked what the minimum price had to be for his property. We wanted to think about it but after a few hours that evening, we called the owner and reached a verbal agreement, and the owner essentially told Boy that it was sold and he would handle everything else. So we also started everything the next day regarding financing etc. Then, the next evening, we received a call saying there was a higher bid than ours! And that the sale wouldn't go through! What do you ask then? Is this a joke or what’s going on? It was after all verbally sold and instructions were given to handle it. Still arrange a few more viewings to see if we can get more out of it! What a great advertising stunt you made. He certainly doesn't need to call us again when he has something for sale! And I definitely won’t recommend PERUMAL! Even though he has several good reviews, certainly not from me! If they want to sell something they do respond, but if you send a neat email or app, they read it and simply don’t reply! Trust is definitely not here!

Rieks weet waar hij over praat wanneer het over de woningmarkt gaat. In combinatie met zijn back office, is de verkoop prima verlopen en werden we goed op de hoogte gehouden over het traject van de verkoop en de ontwikkelingen. Tijdens het kennismakingsgesprek stond de eerste bezichtiging al gepland. Dit was een eigenlijk al gesloten bezichtiging, maar door de contacten van Rieks mochten we toch langskomen. Hij is zelf meegegaan naar de bezichtiging, heeft mee opgelet of alles wel in orde was en heeft ons achteraf een advies gegeven over het bieden. Na een aantal belletjes en letterlijk één dag later was het rond en hebben we het eerste mooie appartement voor een prima prijs kunnen krijgen! Al met al een betrokken, hands-on makelaar!
