This broker estimates the current values as of 29-08 significantly higher than other brokers in the area. All houses on funda from this broker are also listed for sale longer because they are all considerably overpriced, even for the current market. Just check it yourself on funda, e.g.

Just visited a house on Hoolstraat in Eersel. Punctual. However, the realtor left the property with viewers and departed. So we didn't view the property. After calling, it turns out the realtor cancelled the appointment without informing us.
