07 Jan 2020Very bad realtor. Information about a house for sale was requested. The information was incorrect, the photos, floor plan and description did not match. A viewing was requested, we were called back about this. An appointment for the viewing was scheduled. That was okay! we thought. We called again about a bathtub that was mentioned in the description but not shown in the photos or on the floor plan. Also questions about the layout of the house which was different from the floor plans and the photos.. This also seemed strange to the person on the phone. We therefore called back after a few days, hoping someone knew more. In the meantime, we had already looked at many building plans and recalculated for this property. Then it was cheerfully shared with us that the house had been sold. We hadn't even viewed it yet, and if we hadn’t called for more info, we wouldn’t have known anything. After I got angry, excuses came forward that it was due to the intern. A little later they realized they had made a mistake about the house. No steep this handling. If it comes from an intern, you haven't supervised them properly, in my opinion. Poor administration therefore and very unreliable. No apology received either. We definitely do not want to enter into business with such a realtor. (we would have preferred to give no star at all)

However, costs were charged for the damage and the cleaning. When I asked for proof (for example, that the house needed to be cleaned after my departure), I could not receive anything.

They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

Although we ultimately are not going to buy the house, we still wanted to leave a positive review. Danish was friendly from the first moment, warm and genuinely enthusiastic about the viewing. She took ample time for us, gave us valuable information and was able to answer all our questions, even the difficult ones. And that is special, because nowadays you unfortunately often notice that real estate agents drop out as soon as it gets complicated. With Danish, that was absolutely not the case. She was professional, knowledgeable, loving and made the viewing not only informative but also just plain fun. A real breath of fresh air among all the real estate agents we have had so far.

Living room is fine in terms of size, but the floor isn't to our taste. The small bedroom is difficult in terms of dimensions. The kitchen also needs to be completely renewed.
