Margot is very good at asking questions to understand what needs there are and what we would like. The location is important and we wanted to build ourselves again. Thanks to her regional network, she can quickly switch gears and an amazing plot came our way. This was being sold quietly. Once purchased, the next step began: selling our former house. Everything was set in motion. There was a lot of interest in the house and thanks to her advice we received a high price without taking any risks. In addition, we find her to be a real estate agent with personal attention, but certainly professionally handles things. She is honest and there are clear agreements, so we knew exactly where we stood.

Margot also gave us tips regarding the interior design of the property which certainly contributed to the quick sale. Ultimately, the property was sold for above the asking price. 07 Jan 2020Very bad realtor. Information about a house for sale was requested. The information was incorrect, the photos, floor plan and description did not match. A viewing was requested, we were called back about this. An appointment for the viewing was scheduled. That was okay! we thought. We called again about a bathtub that was mentioned in the description but not shown in the photos or on the floor plan. Also questions about the layout of the house which was different from the floor plans and the photos.. This also seemed strange to the person on the phone. We therefore called back after a few days, hoping someone knew more. In the meantime, we had already looked at many building plans and recalculated for this property. Then it was cheerfully shared with us that the house had been sold. We hadn't even viewed it yet, and if we hadn’t called for more info, we wouldn’t have known anything. After I got angry, excuses came forward that it was due to the intern. A little later they realized they had made a mistake about the house. No steep this handling. If it comes from an intern, you haven't supervised them properly, in my opinion. Poor administration therefore and very unreliable. No apology received either. We definitely do not want to enter into business with such a realtor. (we would have preferred to give no star at all)

The only thing that disappointed was that the realtor was often late for the viewings, causing the viewers to stand in front of a closed door. Everything was arranged quickly and correctly, and I was able to move into a nice apartment the same day. Very happy with this service! 05 Aug 2024Compleet onprofessioneel en onethisch bureau in Nederland/regio Eindhoven - Mijn vriend woont in Almere en komt hier op bezoek. Is het ILLEGAAL?! Er is geen tijdelijke regelaar in de studio, maar buiten, dus iedereen kan wisselen. Er zijn hier 4 huurders. Het is niet mijn verantwoordelijkheid om constant te controleren. Ik heb met het DNS-installatieteam gesproken, dat het onderhoud van deze boiler doet. Er lekt constant water en we vullen het dagelijks bij. Ik heb het ze laten zien. Ze zeiden duidelijk dat de boiler vervangen moet worden, maar dat kan alleen als de eigenaar hiervoor betaalt. Verder zijn er geen aparte meters voor 4 huurders, dus wie verbruikt er meer gas, water en elektriciteit? Dat kun je niet definiëren. Installeer 4 meters voor 4 huurders om duidelijkheid te krijgen. Huurders betalen volgens hun eigen meter, probleem opgelost. Bovendien is mijn studio in 2023 45 dagen nauwelijks gebruikt, omdat ik voornamelijk voor mijn werk op reis ben. Ondanks dat, ook nog eens 1466 euro extra gas, water en elektriciteitskosten bovenop de huurprijs? Het jarenlang schoonmaken van vuil en afval in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte en achtertuin, zoals te zien op de foto's, is mijn verantwoordelijkheid? Is dat logisch? - Wees heel voorzichtig als je via dit bureau huurt. Je wordt altijd een extra bedrag in rekening gebracht zonder bewijs en niemand zal zelfs maar de professionele etiquette hanteren om een fatsoenlijk gesprek te voeren. - En netheid, OMG 😳 😳, kom eens kijken waar ik verblijf. Ik verblijf in een spookhuis, vol vuil, kapotte stopcontacten, kakkerlakken, insecten, ratten, spinnen, een geweldig uitzicht op de achtertuin, foto's toegevoegd. Vochtige muren, kapotte laminaatvloeren zijn de kers op de taart. Je zou slangen in mijn achtertuin kunnen zien. Volstrekt onhygiënisch, zie bijgevoegde foto's. - Lightcity Housing vraagt om tickets aan te maken voor eventuele problemen, prima. Je maakt tickets aan, zonder SLA te vermelden. Later werd het plotseling afgesloten met de opmerking "goed behandeld door de verhuurder" - terwijl de verhuurder helemaal niets doet. Het is dus een pingpongspel tussen makelaarskantoor en verhuurder, en de huurder is de BAL 🏀 Hier. - Verhoogt de huur op elk moment, zonder goede uitleg. - Ze praten geen woord, zelfs toen ik meerdere keren om een persoonlijk gesprek vroeg - ze hingen alleen maar op, gebrek aan professionaliteit en niet de elementaire beleefdheid om met huurders om te gaan.

Dear Atanu, You live in a studio that is only available for one person, as stated in the contract. You are illegally living here with your partner without having given any notice. You received an invoice for excessive gas consumption, which you were supposed to share with the other tenants. The landlord saw that the temperature in your studio was 23+ degrees! With rising gas prices in 2023, this resulted in a higher gas bill. In the ticket, you stated that the boiler was broken. The landlord sent the contracted installation company and they found that the boiler was working perfectly. Cleaning the hallway and garden is your own responsibility as a tenant! The damp spots in your studio are caused by the high heat in the studio without opening a window. This makes the studio humid and causes stains on the wall!

They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.
