07 Jan 2023Wat begon met een taxatie van ons huis, liep uit op de koop van een prachtig kavel en de verkoop van ons voormalige huis! Margot is erg goed in het doorvragen welke behoefte er speelt en wat wij graag zouden willen. De locatie is van belang en we wilde graag nog eens zelf bouwen. Door haar regionale netwerk kan ze snel schakelen en kwam er een geweldig kavel op ons pad. Deze stond in de stille verkoop. Eenmaal aangekocht begon de volgende stap, ons voormalige huis verkopen. Alles werd in gang gezet. Er was erg veel animo voor het huis en we hebben door haar adviezen een hoge prijs gekregen zonder risico te lopen. Daarnaast vinden we haar een makelaar met persoonlijke aandacht, maar zeker professioneel handelt. Ze is eerlijk en er zijn duidelijke afspraken, zo wisten we precies waar we aantoe waren.

Het gehele proces van de verkoop van de woning is door Margot en haar team op een hele deskundige en prettige wijze verlopen. Margot heeft ons ook tips gegeven met de inrichting van de woning wat zeker heeft bijgedragen aan de snelle verkoop. Uiteindelijk is de woning voor boven de vraagprijs verkocht. Ik kan Margot dan ook zeer zeker aanbevelen!

07 Jan 2021Whaauuww wat een team. Zelfs in de coronatijd is hun service naar de klanten nog hoog. Het huis van mijn ouders top neer gezet en gewoon binnen 2 weken verkocht! Goed telefonisch bereikbaar en geen vraag is ze te veel. Ik kan alleen zeggen ga zo door, wij zijn dik tevreden!

07 Jan 2020Zeer slechte makelaar. Info over koopwoning opgevraagd. Info klopte niet,foto`s plattegrond en omschrijving kwamen niet overeen. Bezichtiging gevraagd, we werden hierover terug gebeld. Afspraak voor bezichtiging was ingepland.Dat was dus oké ! dachten wij.Nog eens gebeld over ligbad die in omschrijving er wel inzat, en op de foto`s en plattegrond niet in zat.Ook vragen over de woning indeling die anders was dan op de plattegronden als de foto`s..Dit vond persoon aan telefoon ook vreemd. We belde dus na een paar dagen nog eens terug , in de hoop dat iemand iets meer wist.inmiddels hadden we al veel bouwplannen bekeken en door gerekend voor deze woning. Toen werd ons dood leuk mede gedeeld ,dat de woning verkocht was.We hadden hem nog niet bezichtigd,en als we niet voor meer info hadden gebeld ,hadden we niets geweten.Nadat ik boos was ,kwamen er smoezen als dat het door de stagiaire kwam.weer even later hadden ze zich in het huis vergist.Geen steil deze afhandeling. Als het door een stagiaire komt heb je die niet goed begeleid lijkt mij. Slecht administratie dus en zeer onbetrouwbaar. Ook geen excuus gehad. Wij willen dus met zo`n makelaar zeer zeker niet in zee. (liefst hadden wij geen een ster gegeven)

18 Oct 2024Zeer deskunidge, aardige en meedenkende makelaar. In vergelijking tot andere makelaars zeker niet te duur. Alles goed geregeld. Het enige wat tegenviel is dat de Makelaar meestal te laat aanwezig was voor de bezichtigingen waardoor de bezichtigers voor een gesloten deur stonden. Uiteindelijk heeft dit geen negatief effect gehad op de verkoop, maar ik vond dit wel jammer.

19 Aug 2024In het algemeen super tevreden, echter in de begeleiding schoot er wat tekort met name toen “mijn” makelaar met vakantie ging. Zelf een bezichtiging moeten doen omdat er geen makelaar beschikbaar was terwijl de continuïteit doorslaggevend was in mijn keuze. Ook de logistiek rond de sleutel etc was wat rommelig. Al met al ben ik wel tevreden!

11 Mar 2023Uitstekende makelaar, echt een aanrader! Het verhuurde betreft een niet alledaagse kantoor-lokatie, namelijk een gerestaureerd monumentaal boerderij complex op een buitenplaats. Eerst werd door de Online Bedrijfsmakelaar een betere huurprijs vastgesteld, vervolgens perfecte ondersteuning tot en met sluiten van de huurovereenkomst en zelfs nog daarna bereid even te sparren.

They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.
