Margot is very good at asking questions to understand what needs there are and what we would like. The location is important and we wanted to build ourselves again. Thanks to her regional network, she can quickly switch gears and an amazing plot came our way. This was being sold quietly. Once purchased, the next step began: selling our former house. Everything was set in motion. There was a lot of interest in the house and thanks to her advice we received a high price without taking any risks. In addition, we find her to be a real estate agent with personal attention, but certainly professionally handles things. She is honest and there are clear agreements, so we knew exactly where we stood.

Margot also gave us tips regarding the interior design of the property which certainly contributed to the quick sale. Ultimately, the property was sold for above the asking price. 07 Jan 2020Very bad realtor. Information about a house for sale was requested. The information was incorrect, the photos, floor plan and description did not match. A viewing was requested, we were called back about this. An appointment for the viewing was scheduled. That was okay! we thought. We called again about a bathtub that was mentioned in the description but not shown in the photos or on the floor plan. Also questions about the layout of the house which was different from the floor plans and the photos.. This also seemed strange to the person on the phone. We therefore called back after a few days, hoping someone knew more. In the meantime, we had already looked at many building plans and recalculated for this property. Then it was cheerfully shared with us that the house had been sold. We hadn't even viewed it yet, and if we hadn’t called for more info, we wouldn’t have known anything. After I got angry, excuses came forward that it was due to the intern. A little later they realized they had made a mistake about the house. No steep this handling. If it comes from an intern, you haven't supervised them properly, in my opinion. Poor administration therefore and very unreliable. No apology received either. We definitely do not want to enter into business with such a realtor. (we would have preferred to give no star at all)

Friendly man, keeps to the agreements, nice contact. If you are interested in buying or renting, I would definitely recommend khalid. Nevertheless, costs were charged for the damage and cleaning. When I asked for proof (for example, to demonstrate that the house had to be cleaned after my departure), I could not provide anything.

They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.
