What started with an appraisal of our house, turned into the purchase of a beautiful plot and the sale of our former house! Margot is very good at asking questions to understand what needs there are and what we would like. The location is important and we wanted to build ourselves again. Thanks to her regional network, she can quickly switch gears and an amazing plot came our way. This was being sold quietly. Once purchased, the next step began: selling our former house. Everything was set in motion. There was a lot of interest in the house and thanks to her advice we received a high price without taking any risks. In addition, we find her to be a real estate agent with personal attention, but certainly professionally handles things. She is honest and there are clear agreements, so we knew exactly where we stood.

Very bad realtor. Information about a house for sale was requested. The information was incorrect, the photos, floor plan and description did not match. A viewing was requested, we were called back about this. An appointment for the viewing was scheduled. That was okay! we thought. We called again about a bathtub that was mentioned in the description but not shown in the photos or on the floor plan. Also questions about the layout of the house which was different from the floor plans and the photos.. This also seemed strange to the person on the phone. We therefore called back after a few days, hoping someone knew more. In the meantime, we had already looked at many building plans and recalculated for this property. Then it was cheerfully shared with us that the house had been sold. We hadn't even viewed it yet, and if we hadn’t called for more info, we wouldn’t have known anything. After I got angry, excuses came forward that it was due to the intern. A little later they realized they had made a mistake about the house. No steep this handling. If it comes from an intern, you haven't supervised them properly, in my opinion. Poor administration therefore and very unreliable. No apology received either. We definitely do not want to enter into business with such a realtor. (we would have preferred to give no star at all)

They don't sound friendly on the phone and especially not helpful, particularly the brokers. You would think as a customer that you generate income for them by renting for a long period for thousands of euros, but keep searching with your properties.

Excellent broker, highly recommended! The property for rent is an unusual office location, namely a restored monumental farmhouse complex on an estate. As a student, I've been well dressed by this company. They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

Terrible experience. DHVC managed our rental apartment for almost 3 years. They selected and chose the landlord themselves, who turned out to have financial problems just a few months later. They were enormously reactive in their attitude and took no action to help us out of this stressful situation. Only after we hired a lawyer ourselves did it become clear that they had not even fulfilled the legal obligations regarding payment arrears. I would not recommend them to anyone.

BAD company! charges service costs to both tenant and landlord which is prohibited by law. After sending official letters requesting reimbursement, they simply didn't respond. This company has just stolen over 900 euros from me in this way! Furthermore, they refused to return the key deposit when I went to hand in the keys. So they take money as a deposit but don't give it back! Scammers! Edit: There has indeed been contact with you via my lawyer. I still have all the emails saved. YOU charged service costs to both the letting and renting party. YOU are responsible for this, not the landlord. I see that I am not alone. Shame on you for acting like this now!

Arrived a half hour late for the appointment, hadn't prepared the visit at all. After 15 minutes of talking, it became clear he wasn't qualified to assess our house (vab former agricultural destination). If he had prepared even slightly, he would have known this beforehand.. Returned without achieving anything. This is how we wasted a lot of time with the mortgage application.

Your review paints an inaccurate picture. The valuation could not proceed because the owner explicitly forbade me from taking photos of the property. Without this photographic documentation, a NWWI valuation report cannot be drawn up, which meant that the process had to be terminated immediately. Sincerely, Team Zicht Op Wonen.

Our notary needed a valuation report for our new home to determine the transfer tax. The real estate agent referred us to Zicht op Wonen. We indicated when the transfer of the property would take place and asked if we could receive a valuation report by that time. There were six days between the appraisal and receiving the report, which we received only one day before the transfer. It would have been nice if we had received the report sooner, but it was just in time, and we were very helped by it.

We needed an appraisal report to include the equity of our house. We already had an appraisal report drawn up by Zicht Op Wonen a few years ago and were very satisfied with them then too. Now we got the same appraiser again, which was very pleasant. Ron immediately saw what we had renovated in the meantime and which improvements had been made. He was enthusiastic about it, and that's nice when it is shared. All in all definitely recommendable
