Margot is very good at asking questions to understand what needs there are and what we would like. The location is important and we wanted to build ourselves again. Thanks to her regional network, she can quickly switch gears and an amazing plot came our way. This was being sold quietly. Once purchased, the next step began: selling our former house. Everything was set in motion. There was a lot of interest in the house and thanks to her advice we received a high price without taking any risks. In addition, we find her to be a real estate agent with personal attention, but certainly professionally handles things. She is honest and there are clear agreements, so we knew exactly where we stood.

Margot also gave us tips regarding the interior design of the property which certainly contributed to the quick sale. Ultimately, the property was sold for above the asking price. I can therefore definitely recommend Margot!

07 Jan 2020Very bad realtor. Information about a house for sale was requested. The information was incorrect, the photos, floor plan and description did not match. A viewing was requested, we were called back about this. An appointment for the viewing was scheduled. That was okay! we thought. We called again about a bathtub that was mentioned in the description but not shown in the photos or on the floor plan. Also questions about the layout of the house which was different from the floor plans and the photos.. This also seemed strange to the person on the phone. We therefore called back after a few days, hoping someone knew more. In the meantime, we had already looked at many building plans and recalculated for this property. Then it was cheerfully shared with us that the house had been sold. We hadn't even viewed it yet, and if we hadn’t called for more info, we wouldn’t have known anything. After I got angry, excuses came forward that it was due to the intern. A little later they realized they had made a mistake about the house. No steep this handling. If it comes from an intern, you haven't supervised them properly, in my opinion. Poor administration therefore and very unreliable. No apology received either. We definitely do not want to enter into business with such a realtor. (we would have preferred to give no star at all)

The only thing that disappointed was that the realtor was often late for the viewings, causing the viewers to stand in front of a closed door. 05 Jan 2025Due to circumstances, I had to look for temporary accommodation (Short stay). I quickly ended up with Lichtcity Housing and immediately contacted Khalid about an apartment on their site. Everything was arranged quickly and correctly, and I was able to move into a nice apartment the same day. Very happy with this service! 05 Aug 2024Completely unprofessional and unethical agency in the Netherlands/Eindhoven region - My friend lives in Almere and is visiting here. Is it ILLEGAL?! There is no temporary person to manage things in the studio, but outside, so everyone can switch. There are 4 tenants here. It's not my responsibility to constantly check. I spoke with the DNS installation team, which maintains this boiler. Water constantly leaks and we refill it daily. I showed it to them. They clearly said that the boiler needs to be replaced, but that can only happen if the owner pays for it. Furthermore, there are no separate meters for the 4 tenants, so who consumes more gas, water, and electricity? You cannot define that. Install 4 meters for 4 tenants to gain clarity. Tenants pay according to their own meter, problem solved. Moreover, my studio was hardly used in 2023 for 45 days because I travel a lot for work. Despite that, still an extra €1466 of gas, water and electricity costs on top of the rent? Is it my responsibility to clean up dirt and waste in the common area and backyard, as shown in the photos, for years? Does that make sense? - Be very careful when renting through this agency. You are always charged an extra amount without proof and no one will even adhere to professional etiquette to have a decent conversation. - And cleanliness, OMG 😳 😳, come see where I'm staying. I’m staying in a haunted house, full of dirt, broken outlets, cockroaches, insects, rats, spiders, a great view of the backyard, photos added. Damp walls, broken laminate floors are the icing on the cake. You could see snakes in my backyard. Absolutely unhygienic, see attached photos. - Lightcity Housing asks for tickets to be created for any problems, fine. You create tickets, without mentioning an SLA. Later it was suddenly closed with the comment 'well treated by the landlord' - while the landlord does absolutely nothing. So it’s a ping-pong game between the real estate agency and the landlord, and the tenant is the BAL 🏀 Here. - Increases rent at any time, without good explanation. - They don't speak a word, even when I repeatedly asked for a personal meeting - they just hung up, lack of professionalism and not even basic politeness to deal with tenants.

Dear Atanu, You live in a studio that is only available for one person, as stated in the contract. You are illegally living here with your partner without having given any notice. You received an invoice for excessive gas consumption, which you were supposed to share with the other tenants. The landlord saw that the temperature in your studio was 23+ degrees! With rising gas prices in 2023, this resulted in a higher gas bill. In the ticket, you stated that the boiler was broken. The landlord sent the contracted installation company and they found that the boiler was working perfectly. Cleaning the hallway and garden is your own responsibility as a tenant! The damp spots in your studio are caused by the high heat in the studio without opening a window. This makes the studio humid and causes stains on the wall!

They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

They selected and chose the landlord themselves, who turned out to have financial problems just a few months later. They were enormously reactive in their attitude and took no action to help us out of this stressful situation. Only after we hired a lawyer ourselves did it become clear that they had not even fulfilled the legal obligations regarding payment arrears. I would not recommend them to anyone.

25 Feb 2025I experienced contact with the team at Pit Makelaars during the sale of my apartment as very pleasant. Anita is a hugely experienced real estate agent with excellent market knowledge. She quickly comes up with good ideas and a campaign plan, but you can of course set the pace yourself. A lot of attention is paid to the presentation of the property. Very good photos and a video presentation were created. Everything was returned for review. The communication was excellent. The buyers of my apartment were so enthusiastic about Pit Makelaars that they were allowed to sell their house too! All in all, highly recommended.
