I am really disappointed with my experience with BFM. Recently, I had a nasty encounter with an employee who felt it necessary to box in a car, namely a black Peugeot with license plate HBG-11-D. This is simply scandalous and completely inappropriate behavior. It's no surprise that BFM has low reviews. This kind of unprofessional conduct seems to be a habit and gives a bad impression of the company. But honestly, it didn't bother me much because I was having fun with games on my phone. I hope you take your feedback seriously and take steps to prevent this kind of situation in the future. Because you won’t score high with Google reviews terribly😆.

This is the worst type of building manager there is. The building's garage door broke and several cars were stuck in the garage. When it was first reported, they did nothing but told the tenants to buy new remotes, claiming that this was likely the cause of the problem. Then it took a month (a whole month???) to find a repair company. How can a building manager not have a list of service/maintenance providers on speed dial? If they had actually come to the garage, they could easily have found out which company is responsible, as this is stated in the garage door opener module. Then another 2 months of excuses after excuses began, none of which made sense. Starting with: “oh, the repair company will be there today”, “oh, they didn’t have the right tools to fix the problem” and the excuses just keep going. It's been 3 and a half months since the problem has not been resolved. And as if that weren't enough, they continued to charge each tenant €100-150 per month for the parking garage, even though it is unavailable to anyone. Absolutely shameless and clueless company.

The reviews below actually hit the proverbial nail on the head! Was a bit worried I'd be the only one. What a worthless company. Literally everything goes wrong. Ridiculous that Bjorn Bakx, assistant director, dares to give a 5* review of all things. Very typical though. I’ve already experienced so many problems with this company. Appointments are not kept, staff who are grumpy and don't understand anything themselves, have a knack for shifting blame, barely communicate, make deals with companies and then force them to cooperate etc. I wonder if they can even write their own name. It makes sense that employee turnover is so high, I understand why you wouldn’t enjoy working there. Ridiculous! Will absolutely never do business with them. Don't understand who ever thought it was a good idea to let this party manage our vve, but it's a blunder of the highest order. I am just one resident of the umpteenth who has had dealings with them.

Switched to BFM a year ago. A breath of fresh air compared to the previous manager! Meetings are professionally facilitated, the service desk forwards damage reports to the responsible party. Communication is pleasant.

This company has been the VVE administrator of the building where we rent out an apartment for several years now. I have dealt with multiple VVE administrators in recent years, but the quality of this company is frankly poor. A whole list of reports has already been submitted and not a single report has been resolved properly, and communication is very bad. Even when a notification isn't followed up on in the portal, they can’t help you if you call; then you have to send an email. If you are faced with the choice of selecting a company to be your VVE administrator, I would not choose this one, and if I look at the reviews, I am not the only one. Communication is terrible! A friend of mine has been chasing the party for months already. Attempting contact is useless because they do nothing. Mold growth apparently isn't important enough to them, even though it severely damages the health of all residents! Point-less company.

Terrible match, doing this as VvE doesn't do business with what’s roughly every communication with the residents is awful. A non-functional service desk, depreciation without announcement etc etc. Must address issues myself every week regarding leaks.

For 2 years now, I have been part of a Homeowners Association that has entrusted the management to BFM. Previously, I have dealt with several managers but BFM is definitely the worst for me. Administratively they have things well organized, but regarding the monitoring of maintenance projects and drawing up (checking) the MJOP they get a resounding fail. The communication is downright bad and reports are not (or poorly) addressed. Employees make statements that are incorrect or do not contain any substance. They say that employees have technical knowledge but it does not exceed the level of a DIYer. I will propose switching to another manager at the next Homeowners Association meeting.

Poor communication. They sometimes simply don't respond. The staff on the phone are often grumpy. Keeping appointments is very difficult for them and they frequently give incorrect advice. Also, they seem to have little understanding of the buildings they manage. It’s good that our HOA no longer wants to do business with this company.

Yes, they manage Vve's. What they also do is fail to keep appointments. I am still waiting for my heating costs reimbursement. This should have been on my account over a week ago according to the letter they sent me. Then I had telephone contact. It was supposed to be arranged that same day. That appointment wasn’t kept either! In the meantime, I'm still waiting for my money!
