Extreem nutteloze beheerders: ze blijven de maandelijkse kosten elk jaar maar verhogen en doen absoluut niets om de leefomstandigheden te verbeteren, zelfs niet de basisvoorzieningen (schoonmaak, veiligheid, etc.). Ze komen gewoon naar de VvE-vergadering zonder enige schaamte dat ze niets gedaan hebben. Als appartementseigenaar voel ik me bestolen. This is the worst type of building manager that exists. The building's garage door broke and several cars were trapped inside. When it was first reported, they did nothing but have the tenants buy new remotes, stating that this was likely the cause of the problem. If they had actually gone to the garage, they could easily have found out which company was responsible, as that is in the garage door opener module.
