Het team van V&H Vastgoed weet wat ze doen en stellen zich professioneel op. De communicatie was duidelijk, correct en snel.

Hele vreemde manier van zaken doen. Heb je een bezichtiging gehad. Kan allemaal "zo snel mogelijk" geregeld worden, werd ons verteld. Vervolgens hoor je niks meer van ze. Zelf maar meerdere keren contact opgenomen, en altijd toevallig in gesprek met de verhuurder. Beloven ze een mail te sturen of terug te bellen. Ik wacht nogsteeds na 1 maand. Beloven een hoop maar komen niks na! Niet te spreken over deze makelaar.

De makelaars en support teamvan V&H vastgoed zijn fantasy. Ze leveren een TOP service, heel deskundig, klantgericht en daarbij zijn ze ook heel eerlijk in wat je kunt verwachten.

Het kontakt met de makelaar was erg goed. De mail verliep via secretariaat. De bezichtigingen werden ruim van te voren aangekondigd en naderhand ook besproken. Vriendelijke makelaar.

Vanaf begin goede begeleiding en fijne contacten. Tijdig overleg mogelijk. Door beperktere aanbod van woningen meer aandacht mogelijk.

Eerlijk en duidelijk advies in overleg. Veel kennis en passie voor het vak. Heel fijn zaken doen samen.

A great agency to buy or sell a home. The telephone contact is always pleasant with clear language and good advice. Quick response via email too! For me, one of the best rental and (sales) brokers in the region.

Huisjesmelker 1st class. We rented here from Mr. Ter Tanje. In the first week, we sent an email about the defects, which we received no response to (heating held in place with wire, a shower that falls off the wall. Mice in the property. Cracks in the walls that were 'repaired' with filler.) The worst thing is that they don't respond to anything. But as soon as they can collect money, they are on it. The property was described in the contract as being in a child-friendly neighborhood while there were multiple police and ambulances in the street every day. Contact with Mr. Ter Tanje is also a treat. Mr. doesn’t answer or is as blunt as a farmer.

Hired by a competing heir who stopped at nothing to have the appraisal exactly tailored to the client's wishes. Totally not market-compliant and much worse, not validated by/with an affiliated industry association CHF, NVM, VBO and vastgoedPRO, real estate agents and mortgage guarantee fund for owner-occupied homes. Very bad experience with this realtor and be prepared that if you file a complaint they will simply ignore everything and fail to respond, hence 1 star while it should actually be 0. Feel free to contact me for information and evidence which I do not post here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would have preferred to do so. Ivo spreads all his invented “success stories” around and doesn’t shy away from circulating privacy-sensitive data of clients and family members as if it's nothing. He has had multiple profiles on Google with nothing but mega bad reviews. Now suddenly a lot of suspicious (bought?) positive reviews. It won't be long before another new profile appears because it is flowing again with negative reviews. That’s what you get when you think you are a realtor but only leave piles of rubble behind. Ivo is not affiliated with anything!!! Think before you begin……

Don't go into business with this man, he will pressure you for the money of that advance payment. He has very nice stories but doesn't listen to your story at all. He doesn't lose sleep over private information and likes to tell people's stories to other people. He can’t show anything in black and white, only tells things. Also, he doesn’t forget to mention how dangerous he himself is, how he got the residents out when things weren’t going right, and that he knows many dangerous people. It all became very vague when I left him at 4:30 PM, and then received a message the next morning at 8:30 AM saying, yes or no, the money wasn't transferred so he just let it go. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!

Whoever is looking for a special experience should engage Ivo Timmers. In a tangle of words, all his successful projects are reviewed, including all private information about his clients and his family. In everything, he is a specialist and everyone likes to work for and with him. Problems are no problem for him, because he is a familiar face at the judiciary and legal profession. So do business with him and discover for yourself that he is not a pathological liar and a psychopathic fraudster. If he doesn't keep his word, it’s really not his fault. Be sure to pay the advance he asks for in order to work well and quickly and especially provide him with a loan if he temporarily has a cash problem. Payments are due within 14 days with him. Refunds or payments to subcontractors take a little longer, however. Smoking his own chimney takes precedence.

One star is still too much. For this fraudulent broker photographed several homes but payment no way. Unfortunately, I am not the only one.. Also many empty promises both with me and fellow victims. Stay away from him!!!!
