Contact with Linda goes incredibly smoothly. She is very knowledgeable and keeps her appointments. Even late in the evening, a response to questions is not too much to ask for. I would definitely recommend her to other people.
Hired by a competing heir who stopped at nothing to have the appraisal exactly tailored to the client's wishes. Totally not market-compliant and much worse, not validated by/with an affiliated industry association CHF, NVM, VBO and vastgoedPRO, real estate agents and mortgage guarantee fund for owner-occupied homes. Very bad experience with this realtor and be prepared that if you file a complaint they will simply ignore everything and fail to respond, hence 1 star while it should actually be 0. Linda is pleasant to deal with and helpful. This house and the circumstances weren't an easy job, but it was still achieved. There was only a large difference between the selling price and the final yield, but that was because something seen as an advantage in the house turned out to be a disadvantage for many interested parties.
