Annette van Veluws Real Estate was able to quickly sell my chalet. Beautiful photos were taken and the communication flowed very smoothly.

Made a purchase through Veluwe Chalets - and signed a purchase agreement. The inspection report provided by them was shared with me free of charge under the name 'extra service'. So I, (a woman alone who bought property for the first time) no longer had an inspection carried out and fully trusted theirs. (in collaboration with Woonkeur) Unfortunately, the inspection report proved unreliable when I had two experts look at my purchase the weekend after signing. (I didn't get this time for the sale because everything had to be quick and I went along with it) After that, I decided to terminate the purchase. I was still well within my statutory and contractual cooling-off period of three days. (See Rijksoverheid, article 7:2 WB and the conditions of Veluwe Chalets themselves) Unfortunately, a conflict arose in which they informed me that I could not terminate. I have been able to refute one argument after another. And for the last one, namely that it would not be immovable property - and therefore I would not have a cooling-off period, I engaged a lawyer. (Read Portacabin ruling) That was the end of it. Under the pretext 'that a lawsuit would take too much time for the selling party', Veluwe Chalets withdrew.. I only want to emphasize this to people: don't be rushed and read the conditions very carefully and know your rights!! Because they try to play it out and contradict their own terms if necessary. (Article 3:3 general term Veluwe Chalets on their own website) I have certainly learned a lot from it, that’s the positive thing about it. ☺️

A valuation for my holiday home was carried out by this company. The person who did it gave a rather high estimate, which surprised me. After that, I had to quickly sign the order confirmation. When the valuation report arrived, it turned out the value was a third lower than the price he originally indicated. Also, there were demonstrable errors in the report; for example, 1 bed was listed, while his own photos showed that there were 2 beds.

I am very satisfied with the entire sales process of our holiday home. It was really nice that I got to meet Ronald and Annette prior to the sale, during the intake meeting. A beautiful sales presentation was created with lovely, clear photos. Excellent accessibility, good communication, fast and direct. With their extensive experience and solid expertise, they managed to realize the sale of our holiday home in a short period of time.(ps; concerns sale December 2021 but review was removed)

A good realtor overall, but didn't keep me informed enough when there were viewers. I usually had to call to find out myself. Also, incorrect communication that buyers would have been told that the garden table/chairs, contrary to previous messages, would remain in place. Otherwise, I would have taken them. During the sale, the buyers knew nothing and were pleasantly surprised that it was still there. It also didn't sell as quickly as expected.

Eventually sold myself through Marktplaats and still had to take 10% off the amount. If we call, we are also always called back.

We were very well assisted by this lovely company! Through them, we have the chalet of our dreams......right in the middle of the Veluwe and this place fulfills all our wishes...truly completely superb!

Responded twice to a vacation rental and in both cases, no or very late response. The first one had already been sold, and we didn't wait for the second one any longer. It seems to me that real estate agents nowadays “earn” enough (actually, the correct word is “get”) to adequately represent their clients. I absolutely do not have that feeling with this agency. We will continue with a realtor who understands it. NB 31/......the realtor's response comes after the meal. Therefore, we did not respond either.

Little information about the progress. No for sale sign. However, the object has been sold. Quite high minimum brokerage.

Yesterday a viewing was planned. Potential buyer came but due to a system error with the real estate agent something went wrong, so it didn't go ahead unfortunately. There has been more uncertainty about another date which also went wrong. Hope that from now on there will be more communication directly to me. And not just emailing while you are told you will be called. .Hope to post a more positive review in a few weeks.

Ik heb een bungalow gehuurd bij Henk, in het contract stond nergens dat er € 100 in rekening zou worden gebracht voor de eindschoonmaak (waarbij werd verduidelijkt dat hij mij het huis vies en onrein had gegeven). Ik probeer al 5 maanden contact met hem op te nemen om het geld terug te krijgen dat zonder reden was achtergelaten. Ik moest naar kantoor, aangezien het, zoals ik zie, niet de eerste keer is, hij nooit de telefoon opneemt. Hij vertelde me dat ik hem het vuile huis moest geven omdat ze het moesten opruimen, en ik maakte hem duidelijk dat als je mij een vies huis geeft, ik het je niet glimmend zal geven zoals logisch is, ook dat toen hij op de laatste dag van het contract de sleutels kwam ophalen, hij niets zei over het feit dat het huis vies was (want dat was het niet) of dat een deel van de borg van mij zou worden afgepakt. Na ruim 5 maanden wacht ik nog steeds tot deze man zin heeft om te antwoorden.

Makelaar reageert niet op contactverzoeken om een woning te bezichtigen. Wil dus niet verkopen, sneu voor de eigenaar in kwestie!

In eerste instantie goed maar afspraken niet nakomen slordig in de communicatie een te drukke agenda te weinig man kracht op dit moment. Heel veel aan bod en bezichtigen.

I came here with questions about the new development Ugchelen Buiten. I was warmly received by the real estate agent and could address my questions to him. Explanation using a large map of the current district and probable future construction phases.

As someone from the north, I find Apeldoorn to be one of the nicest cities to visit. Not too big, not too busy. Enough to do and see. A nice mix of catering establishments, nothing wrong with that.

Good location in the center of Apeldoorn with a spacious parking garage underneath. Friendly staff and so far always welcomed by a loyal four-legged friend 😄🐶…

As a homebuyer, you shouldn't expect much from this new construction center. There's little atmosphere and interest for the customer. Information about the projects is limited and sometimes even incorrect. Unfortunately, you can't bypass this monopoly when it comes to new builds. So be alert!
