In the previous house where I lived, they charged me a lot for the final cleaning and the man doesn't want to give it back to me (nothing about the final cleaning is in the contract) and by the way, he doesn't respond to me, I went a month ago to his office to tell him to give it back to me, he told me that he would talk to the owner and I'm still waiting here
I rented a bungalow from Henk, and the contract didn't mention anywhere that € 100 would be charged for the final cleaning (it was clarified that he had given me a dirty and unclean house). I've been trying for 5 months to contact him to get the money back that was left without reason. I had to go to the office, as it seems, according to what I see, this is not the first time, he never picks up the phone. He told me that I had to give him the dirty house because they had to clean it, and I made clear to him that if you give me a dirty house, I won't give it back to you shining like it should be, also that when he came to pick up the keys on the last day of the contract, he didn't say anything about the fact that the house was dirty (because it wasn't) or that part of my deposit would be withheld. After more than 5 months, I'm still waiting for this man to have the intention to answer.

Real estate agent, who rents out holiday homes and at the final settlement takes off with your (sizeable) deposit by charging costs for cleaning of the very neatly handed over property (which is also said at handover), absurdly high costs for household waste, and costs for vague defects that according to the rental contract are the landlord's responsibility! If you then ask for justification, you don't get it, and you can blow your deposit.

Henk sold my apartment in Harderwijk. This was a top floor apartment in a shopping center. The sale went smoothly and the communication was very good. Henk took time to explain things and to support me with the paper work.
They are not helpful when it comes to a question where there is nothing to be gained.
