Zowel de aankoop als de verkoop via Bart Jansen Makelaars gedaan. We hadden vanaf moment èèn een goed gevoel en dat is het hele traject zo gebleven. Open Door is amazing! We sold our first apartment with them, without knowing much about the process, and they guided us through it in a very helpful and friendly manner. They gave useful recommendations and came up with the sales strategy that ultimately led to us selling the apartment within a week of being listed on Funda. They arranged almost everything: they connected us with the decorator and photographer, chose a very attractive sales text and photos, advertised on social media before listing it on Funda to generate hype. The platform is also really clear. We always know what's going on at any time and what we need to do. It’s also very nice to see live updates when a viewing takes place, to get an idea of how potential buyers experience the apartment. Overall, we highly recommend Opendeur as your real estate agent. These professionals know what they are doing!

Excellent guidance during our house search! We are very satisfied with our experience at OpenDeur. What particularly struck us was the personal approach. Sascha and her team took the time to get to know us through a comprehensive intake interview and actively thought along about what did and didn't suit us. Sascha was right when she said that a house would probably be less suitable for us, which gave us confidence in her advice. We were well guided during the bidding process. The office took us step by step and provided clear advice on the strategy, which gave us a lot of peace of mind in an often exciting process. The honesty and transparency of the team made it easier for us to make choices, and we felt genuinely supported in every phase of the purchasing process. Communication always went smoothly (by phone, email, whatsapp). They responded quickly to our questions. In short, OpenDeur offers not only a high degree of expertise but also a personal and careful approach. We wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone looking for an involved and reliable real estate agent!

We zijn uitstekend geholpen door Kok & Heijkamp. Het kopen van ons eerste huis was een spannende stap en juist dan merk je hoe fijn het is dat de verkopende makelaar een betrouwbare, betrokken en meedenkende partij is. Via Kok&Heijkamp in de afgelopen tijd samen een woning gekocht. Ook al eerder eens een bezichtiging gehad bij een andere woning en beide keren heel goede ervaring gehad. Het proces gaat heel soepel met korte lijntjes en een welkom gevoel. In ons geval hebben we contact gehad met Lennard wat erg goed verliep en onze vragen werden snel beantwoord. We kijken uit naar de woning en het komende contact.

Helaas geen goede ervaring. Geen eerlijke info rondom de woning over ontstaan schades. Oneerlijk over de manier van verkopen, bleek na contact kantoor helemaal niet op inschrijving te gaan en dat beweerde de makelaar dus wel. En ondanks dat er uiteindelijk wel een bod lag en ik in onderhandeling was, liet de jongste Van der Hoek, een andere partij ineens ertussen tegen alle regels in. Huis ging aan ons voorbij. Echt geen goed gevoel aan over gehouden.
