Als je een makelaar zoekt die niet met de massa productie meedoet moet je zeker hier langs

Op zich goede makelaar, maar hield mij te weinig op de hoogte als er kijkers waren geweest. Moest er meestal zelf achteraan bellen. Ook verkeerd gecommuniceerd dat men tegen kopers zou hebben gezegd dat tuintafel/stoelen, in afwijking van eerdere bericht zouden blijven staan. Die had ik anders meegenomen. Bij verkoop bleken kopers van niets te weten en waren zij blij verrast dat het er nog stond. Ook werd niet zo snel verkocht als verwacht.

Uiteindelijk zelf verkocht via marktplaats en alsnog 10% van het bedrag eraf halen. Als we bellen dan worden we ook altijd terug gebeld.

Made a purchase through Veluwe Chalets - and signed a purchase agreement. The inspection report provided by them was shared with me free of charge under the name 'extra service'. So I, (a woman alone who bought property for the first time) no longer had an inspection carried out and fully trusted theirs. (in collaboration with Woonkeur) Unfortunately, the inspection report proved unreliable when I had two experts look at my purchase the weekend after signing. (I didn't get this time for the sale because everything had to be quick and I went along with it) After that, I decided to terminate the purchase. I was still well within my statutory and contractual cooling-off period of three days. (See Rijksoverheid, article 7:2 WB and the conditions of Veluwe Chalets themselves) Unfortunately, a conflict arose in which they informed me that I could not terminate. I have been able to refute one argument after another. And for the last one, namely that it would not be immovable property - and therefore I would not have a cooling-off period, I engaged a lawyer. (Read Portacabin ruling) That was the end of it. Under the pretext 'that a lawsuit would take too much time for the selling party', Veluwe Chalets withdrew.. I only want to emphasize this to people: don't be rushed and read the conditions very carefully and know your rights!! Because they try to play it out and contradict their own terms if necessary. (Article 3:3 general term Veluwe Chalets on their own website) I have certainly learned a lot from it, that’s the positive thing about it. ☺️

A valuation for my holiday home was carried out by this company. The person who did it gave a rather high estimate, which surprised me. After that, I had to quickly sign the order confirmation. When the valuation report arrived, it turned out the value was a third lower than the price he originally indicated. Also, there were demonstrable errors in the report; for example, 1 bed was listed, while his own photos showed that there were 2 beds.

I am very satisfied with the entire sales process of our holiday home. It was really nice that I got to meet Ronald and Annette prior to the sale, during the intake meeting. A beautiful sales presentation was created with lovely, clear photos. Excellent accessibility, good communication, fast and direct. With their extensive experience and solid expertise, they managed to realize the sale of our holiday home in a short period of time.(ps; concerns sale December 2021 but review was removed)

We were very well assisted by this lovely company! Through them, we have the chalet of our dreams......right in the middle of the Veluwe and this place fulfills all our wishes...truly completely superb!

Yesterday a viewing was planned. Potential buyer came but due to a system error with the real estate agent something went wrong, so it didn't go ahead unfortunately. There has been more uncertainty about another date which also went wrong. Hope that from now on there will be more communication directly to me. And not just emailing while you are told you will be called. .Hope to post a more positive review in a few weeks.

Don't go to sea with this, it's a shame you have to give 1 star, this is still too much. Make sure all agreements are properly documented and immediately copied so that you also have a copy, otherwise it could cost you a lot of money. We still have a lot of money owed by Mr., registered letters are being refused. Go to a reliable broker who is affiliated with the industry association. Otherwise, you may end up in court.

Today was the handover of our chalet. Everything went perfectly and was handled. If you want to sell a chalet or vacation home, it's in good hands with them. Thea and Ronald.

The mediation process went smoothly, questions were answered directly and the chalet was sold quickly without problems.

Beautiful chalets.

More than excellent assistance with the purchase of two chalets in Oldebroek. When a small conflict threatened with the seller, the real estate agent ensured it was resolved. The real estate agent also did more than is normally customary for such a transaction.

Responded twice to a vacation rental and in both cases, no or very late response. The first one had already been sold, and we didn't wait for the second one any longer. It seems to me that real estate agents nowadays “earn” enough (actually, the correct word is “get”) to adequately represent their clients. I absolutely do not have that feeling with this agency. We will continue with a realtor who understands it. NB 31/......the realtor's response comes after the meal. Therefore, we did not respond either.
