Viewing done and received little to no information or they didn't know. The floor plan drawing in the brochure was incorrect. And after submitting an offer, only received a standard email stating that we did not have the highest bid. You expect more from such an agency in this price class of houses.

Professional realtor in the higher segment. They really take the time for you, even after the deal is closed.

After a few days of negotiation, you are then congratulated on the purchase of the property. The bottle of wine being opened is mentioned as a cliché. Less than a day later, a phone call: a former candidate has unfortunately re-registered and offered more. All this without any transparency. A nice way to artificially inflate the price. Of course, reference is made to the fact that all of this is within legal frameworks. Well: even shady used car dealers operate within those same legal frameworks. Long story short: probably a good sales broker. But don't waste your time as a buyer. We’ll continue searching. Finally: please do not respond with a standard social media excuse Update: more than a month later, the property in Ravenswaaij is still for sale. Our suspicion seems to be confirmed.

Good fine vacation people

Our experience with one of the real estate agents was downright bad. He gave evasive answers to our questions during the viewing ('I think so', 'probably yes' etc.) and therefore seemed unreliable to us. Furthermore, his attitude appeared quite nonchalant and uninterested. Not someone we would confidently rent a house through.

Warmest welcome. Calm and clear explanation. It was nice that we could already view the stone type and roof tiles further along.
