This rental company received three complaints from me via email over a period of 3 months -- One other tenant smokes cigarettes in the house. this rental company did nothing. They are completely useless. Even the problematic tenant once invited homeless people to use drugs with him. Which led to him having a blackout and another tenant's phone and wallet being stolen. I was told that I “should use our complaint service”. Wow, well done. Today I wake up to a fire alarm at 8:00 am on a Sunday morning. Smoke in my room because someone decided to cook after a night out and left pasta burning on the stove while they slept.

The worst realtor I have experienced so far. Doesn't keep appointments and doesn't communicate this clearly either. Not recommended for tenants and landlords, especially with so many other realtors in the area. First viewing scheduled, where I was neatly on time as agreed. No one came to pick me up and there was nothing further in the email. Stood outside in the cold for over half an hour until someone finally told me from the office that the viewing could no longer take place. They indicated that a new one would be planned because it was their fault. After I had called and emailed several times, they came back and said that the spot was now gone... Worthless promises and communication. The worst, least people-oriented realtor I have experienced to date.

What a terrible company. No communication. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. During our rental period, problems were not addressed quickly enough and everything took forever. We had to wait almost 1.5 years for our final settlement of the rental house where we lived, beyond words.

I will never rent a property from Vastgoedbeheer Gelderland again. We have a serious mold problem caused by moisture in a wall. This was already the case when our realtor viewed the property and assured us that all the mold would be gone by the time we moved in. That wasn't the case. It’s making us incredibly sick, so we had to close off part of the apartment, including our master bedroom and the bathroom with shower. It has been months and it still hasn't been resolved. They simply don't care! We email Reinier constantly asking if they want to address the issue, but all our emails are just ignored. They are terrible people who don’t care about people’s health. We are still paying the full rent despite not having a fully habitable apartment.
