Worst brokerage experience ever! As Justin mentioned below; scammers! 1 star is still too high. I felt completely left out in the cold as a first-time buyer by this agency. The selling broker constantly pushed for an accelerated transfer, but concealed that this would cost me an extra € 4.700 due to a hidden clause (art. 2.2) in the purchase agreement. I was only informed about these financial consequences two days before the notary. The broker: - did not warn against the loss of my first-time buyer relief; - communicated incompletely and put considerable time pressure via WhatsApp (“short on time”, “hear from you as soon as possible”); - nowhere mentioned that the property had not been in the possession of the sellers for even six months, while this is crucial for transfer tax. When I confronted them about this, I received a blunt reaction from Hilde and her little lawyer who blamed it on me and my notary. Customer friendliness = 0, transparency = 0. In short: no trust, no transparency, no service. Solely money-hungry. Subsequently, it appears that they are trying to keep their rating high with fake reviews. Save yourself stress and money and look for a broker who does take his duty of care seriously!!! So you don't have to take legal action and file a complaint with the disciplinary committee like I did. ---- Unfortunately, it is not possible to respond to their message. However, Mrs. Weerman appears to be spreading falsehoods again. The comment 'once again indicate' is misleading, there has never been a moment when it was indicated that someone found it unpleasant. Instead of taking responsibility, she shifts the blame onto others, while her statements are in no way true. This attitude demonstrates a lack of norms and values. Let this be a warning to others!
Allereerst willen wij nogmaals aangeven dat wij het erg vervelend vinden om te horen dat uw ervaring met ons kantoor niet positief is geweest. Zoals wij in meerdere e-mails aan u hebben toegelicht, hebben wij alle informatie verstrekt die wij als verkoopmakelaar wettelijk en professioneel verplicht zijn te verstrekken. Wij begrijpen dat het proces rondom de aankoop van een woning complex kan zijn, maar willen benadrukken dat uw beschuldigingen betrekking hebben op zaken die onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de aankoopmakelaar, hypotheekadviseur en notaris vallen. Wij blijven graag met u in gesprek om eventuele onduidelijkheden te bespreken, maar willen ook benadrukken dat wij ons uiterste best doen om transparant en professioneel te werken.
Hilde is an expert real estate agent and helped me very well with the sale of the house. I had little to worry about regarding the process and the house was sold quickly and for a good price!
Beware, Mr. Weerman has a past as an insurance agent where he sold dozens, perhaps even 100s of usurious policies and defrauded them all. A month before it became known that the usurious policies had collapsed, Mr. Weerman sold his company and in this way deceived many people. No notification, customers not informed about the dangers, no indication that it was time to get rid of the policies but he did sell the mess himself and earned a considerable amount of money. Reason for this review now so many years later, the intention then. Mr. Weerman wanted to do good and had every chance to warn his clients and acquaintances. Instead, he disappeared and sold his company just before everything fell apart. A warned person counts for 2. A fox doesn't lose its tricks. Fraudster.
