My assessment of this real estate agent is based on an experience relating to a new construction project. The allocation procedure is anything but transparent. Promises are made that are not kept, and an agreed appointment is cancelled without mercy. This concerns the biggest purchase of your life. The rules seem to change every time, this way of working is really not okay. Accurate, reliable and honest do not appear in their dictionary. The complaint has been lodged with Postma Makelaars, they have (via email) offered apologies for the lack of clarity. We no longer trust this real estate agent thanks to this very unpleasant experience.

We were wonderfully assisted during the purchase by Laura. Very accessible and clear, expert communication. She was critical regarding the maintenance of the property and helped us greatly with the final offer. Postma will also be selling our current home. So very satisfied.
