Heel erg teleurgesteld door deze makelaars. Al lange tijd opzoek naar een woning. Aangedragen door een vorige huurder. Langs geweest voor kennismaking. Alleen maar positieve woorden over mij. Ik moest mijn gegevens sturen en dan zou het goed komen. Vervolgens mail krijgen met wat leuk dat je het appartement per 1 mei wil huren. En uiteindelijk aan het lijntje gehouden en afgezegd, omdat er een ander in komt. Ze zijn na dit alles ook bijna niet bereikbaar voor excuses of een uitleg. Ook komen ze niet met een voorstel voor een ander appartement wat vrij komt. Erg jammer.

Prettig contact tijdens de verkoop van ons huis. Betrokken en inhoudelijk van toegevoegde waarde. Neemt je bij de hand in een proces waar je meestal niet dagelijks voorstaat.
