Wij hebben de heer Veldhuis als verkoopmakelaar leren kennen bij een mogelijke aankoop van een andere woning (de makelaar van de verkoper). Dit heeft overigens niet tot aankoop geleid van deze woning. Vanaf het begin hebben wij een goed gevoel gehad bij deze makelaar ook al was hij begeleidend verkoper. Toen wij een andere woning hadden gevonden hebben we Veldhuis gevraagd om ons te ondersteunen bij de verkoop van onze huidige woning. Een ervaren makelaar. Deskundig, lokale mark…

Wij zijn erg tevreden met de manier waarop Marco ons heeft bijgestaan bij de verkoop van onze woning, met adviezen omtrent de aanschaf van een nieuwe woning. Marco stond altijd met raad en daad voor ons klaar en kan zich heel goed in zijn klanten inleven. Een echte aanrader wat ons betreft!

Alles tip-top geregeld. Eind september kochten wij een ander huis, hierbij moest onze oude woning verkocht worden, Marco heeft in slechts 4 (VIER!!) dagen alles voor elkaar gebotst om het voor NVM openhuizendag op Funda te krijgen. Ook heeft Marco samen met Bonne onze hypotheek, aankoop nieuwe woning en verkoop oude woning geregeld. Alles is zeer soepel verlopen, je word goed op de hoogte gehouden en je bent nooit “vervelend” als je eens belt met een vraag of onzekerheidje. Zeker een aanrader mij gaan ze in iedergeval nog eens terug zien, zeer en zeer tevreden!
