Spontaneous and clear explanation of the process and the associated (very reasonable) costs. We had two viewings with both Carola and Fetze. Both were forthright and critical, without losing sight of the selling party. In the same way Fetze conducted the negotiations for us. Also in the later process, Fetze kept a close watch. The final handover took place during extreme snowfall. As a result, the agent of the selling party was not present.
