You only have an appointment for a viewing and you're cancelled 10 minutes before the time with the message that the house has already been sold. We were number 6 and number 5 was ahead of us. As far as I’m concerned, this exceeds certain norms and values, but clearly no attention was paid to that. As far as I’m concerned, a very bad experience.

A viewing was scheduled, but due to circumstances I was delayed and this was also reported by phone. However, upon arrival I am told how I do not take Mr.'s time seriously and how important he is.
