The pricing strategy as well as the method of negotiation meant that we are very satisfied with the achieved result. `The correct pricing was well substantiated (research) and the special characteristics were clearly identified by Henk as well as a good photo report. But let's not forget 'the spider in the web' Sonja because she ensures, with her always friendly voice, that all pieces, phone calls, contact with the notary and much more of hers work…

Very disappointed with the appraisal of our property by Wout Leerlink. A very low amount came out that was below the purchase price of the house plus all the improvements we have made over the past 20 years, everything insulated, solar panels, new bathroom and kitchen. We would suffer a significant loss on this property. My wife couldn't sleep at night because of it. Now heard another appraisal that is almost 2x as high and in line with the prices of comparable properties in Goor. Never again through Berends-Naafs

The contact was pleasant, cozy and great. I didn't find the photos beautiful. As a photographer (on assignment) you can certainly do better there. And the text was a bit traditional. My proposal for changes was not adopted. At the start, the broker was convinced of many potential interested parties. Ultimately, that turned out not to be the case. Why? Unclear!. All in all, we are satisfied.
