Unreliable in keeping verbal agreements. I rented a store in Groningen through OC Bedrijfsmakelaars. During the initial viewing, I clearly verbally agreed that the smart meter would be reduced from 50A to 25A at the owner's expense. This agreement was confirmed by the broker. When I later received the contract, there were many additional conditions from the owner. Throughout the process, I had forgotten about the smart meter adjustment because I trusted the earlier verbal commitment. After signing, I requested the smart meter upgrade from Enexis, but now the broker or owner refuses to pay the costs because it is not explicitly stated in the contract. My experience is that OC Bedrijfsmakelaars does not honor their verbal agreements, and as a tenant you may face unexpected costs later on. I advise getting everything put in writing, because unfortunately you cannot rely on their word.

Zoals eerder besproken hebben wij je er bij de bezichtiging op gewezen dat er een zware stroomaansluiting aanwezig is en hebben we je geadviseerd deze te verlagen gelet op het hoge vastrecht dat me de zware aansluiting gemoeid is. Er is daarbij benoemd dat verhuurder het prima vindt dat de aansluitwaarde verlaagd wordt, niet dat de kosten door hem gedragen worden. We vinden het erg vervelend voor je dat je dit niet goed hebt begrepen. Mogelijk komt dit door de taalbarrière. Voor de toekomst adviseren wij je om te controleren of de afspraken die je hebt gemaakt (of denkt te hebben gemaakt) juist vertaald zijn in een overeenkomst, alvorens je het ondertekent. Desalniettemin wensen je wel heel veel succes in je nieuwe zaak en al het goeds voor de toekomst!
