Wow.. I didn't know a company could be this bad.

One thing they are good at is writing off the rent every month. *edit 13-12 The quote in the reaction below comes from an email (which is newer than this review). For context: an invoice of €500 was sent without explanation. I had to first ask for clarification. Upon receiving that explanation, I thanked them politely. Furthermore, we have had much more contact and raised issues that were resolved considerably less smoothly.

This company/the people who work for this company are a bunch of scammers. The number of square meters you pay for is not what you actually have. They don't honor their agreements. No wonder they had to sell several properties through the receiver. They also still send 'invoices' two years later, claiming they need to be paid while they no longer own the property.

Overall, only positive words about Solide. Contacted back then to find the living space suitable for me and found it very quickly! Communication is always great and problems are immediately taken over and resolved. As far as I know, Solide is 100% recommended to everyone!!! Top company.

Absolutely worthless rental company. Not even worthy of 1 star. Agreements are not kept. Simple issues are ignored and as a tenant you have to constantly chase them to get anything done. Maintenance reports remain outstanding for months, and then they only solve the problem but do nothing about the damage. The housing shortage in Groningen is high, but do yourself a huge favor and don't rent from this company. Most hopeless bunch of landlords in Groningen. Also take a look at the Sikkom articles about this landlord. In short - DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Several years ago, I rented a studio through this agency (then called Vastgoed Beheer Groningen). The fact that a company changes its name is often already ominous. Also, the current location of Solide Vastgoed Beheer is regularly removed from Google Maps so that people cannot leave reviews. They offer little service for the (high) rent you pay. Emails are not answered or only after repeated insistence. Requesting a second key is a drama, where you are referred to a third party because you received the wrong key. Also, insufficient insight is given into the (service) costs that you pay per month. I don't have a good feeling about this intermediary. Update March 2018: final inspection when leaving the rental property was experienced as unpleasant. The employee in question arrived late and upon arrival it turned out that the new tenants were present at the final inspection (which I thought was strange). You also, as a tenant, have to fill in the preliminary inspection report yourself (where you must indicate what you, as a tenant, would need to repair/restore to the original condition). This really seems like a task for the landlord, who should carry out the (pre)inspection well before the contract expires (and not, as in my case, one day before the contract ends). In this way, as a tenant, you cannot reasonably perform any remedial work.

if you think you're paying a fixed monthly amount for rent including service costs and gas and water! you'll get a fabricated HIGH final bill at the end of the year! !If you call and ask for a specification. you will be referred to email. where you ultimately receive no response even if you send it 10 times. then it is automatically debited from your account. I used to pay 60 euros p/m for internet. at the end of the year you get a bill that you have to pay 500 euros! as mentioned earlier, no response and specification and it is debited from your account. Years ago I rented an apartment through this scammer.... Had to pay cleaning costs of €130 for a 1-room apartment that was 6 months old. I had also cleaned myself! I also spent some time in the cold because the heating didn't work (1.5 months). After insisting, I did not receive any discount for those months. Which, of course, makes sense since they did not deliver all products/services I paid for. Back then a rent of about €1230! Don't know why my review disappeared. So to warn the rest, it is back here again. :)

Short lines and you are well supported throughout the entire journey. Visited the office once, familiar atmosphere! The gentlemen of commerce seem to think quite a bit of themselves, but that's alright and doesn't bother me. Definitely recommend this club!

Making appointments is possible. Whether Solide keeps to the agreements is another story. There has been (of the approximately 25 times (!!)) not once that Solide has kept her appointments. Rent elsewhere if you get even a slight chance. Don't make my mistake.

Very bad, also in communication. Emails are not answered, while it concerns the safety of tenants.

AVOID Scammers first class. Permits not in order. Residents always the victims!

Not often do you get helped somewhere as quickly and effectively as with Solide! Very satisfied and would definitely recommend it!

Good things done with Sandor from Solide Vastgoed Beheer, everything was arranged quickly and the contact was good.

Very poor communication, does not keep appointments and places the responsibility on the tenant.

Fraudulent party. This company has a business goal and that is purely to make money (at the expense of others)
