Absolutely no pleasant experience with Mrs. Pickee. There are plenty of very nice real estate agents who do their work properly and pleasantly. I would really choose someone else who is friendly, helpful and above all honest. Buying a house with her as an agent is not a good move.

Mrs. Pickée herself seems very attentive. However, do not be fooled... House purchased through this realtor and both the buying and selling parties experienced this as very unpleasant afterwards. Mrs. tells half-truths and conceals damage to houses. Shady practices therefore from this realtor. Even if our dream house is for sale with this realtor, we will not do business with Pickée again!

Always good advice

After the sale of my house, I am asked to give a review about Aquina. I first contact the real estate agent to express my dissatisfaction with the collaboration during the period that the house was for sale, before actually posting anything. I was invited for a meeting. But that was it, an excuse for the fact that this was my experience. Courtage (partially) crediting was not in line with expectations, but a bouquet of flowers would have been a nice gesture. Unfortunately.

Had a viewing with Paul Hollanders, then made an offer that was accepted. Everything put in order, the mortgage was finalized at the broker's request, and a building inspection took place the same day. So far everything was fine, but the people from the inspection hadn’t left the property when the phone rang and we were told that a higher bid after a viewing had come in while our offer had already been accepted, meaning the whole house wouldn’t go to us. Very sad, angry, furious – call it whatever you want. I did indicate that I wanted my 400 euro costs back from the report which I had to have made as quickly as possible at their recommendation. I was promised that this would be paid as soon as possible. But you can guess it – never seen a cent, up until today, almost a month later. I’m waiting today and will drop an official complaint with the NVM at the end of the day; I find it scandalous how we were treated. Erik Vet. Meanwhile, months have passed and I can whistle for my money. What scammers. We did buy another house, happy with it, and learned and experienced how things can be in real estate land. Yves from Goossens Real Estate really went out of his way, did so many extra things for us, truly top-notch; Mr. Hollanders could learn a thing or two from that.

The photos, videos, and floor plans are created by them themselves and are certainly as good as other, more expensive photographers. A timeline was also outlined in advance, which they adhered to perfectly. And last but not least: the best price. The only pity is that I didn't know them when selling my previous house.
