A lot is promised, but if the sales don't go quickly then nothing extra will be done! Internal communication could be better, the real estate agent who conducts viewings knows nothing about the house’s surroundings and cannot answer questions from viewers. Feedback after a viewing only comes if viewers immediately submit something; otherwise, you hear nothing! The brokerage fee is not insignificant and for that you are entitled to expect something! In case of no sale, you pay €1200! Even if they have had 1 year! You receive that bill very quickly, while you have to wait more than a week for other questions or actions! Social media is only used for their own advertising! About how amazing they are! Nothing is possible outside office hours!

Dionne has now been successful 3 times as a sales broker during viewings. Very knowledgeable and correct, direct, handles business properly and has knowledge of the properties she sells. For us it is clear, if we finally find our dream house, Dionne may sell our house.
